1989

Freddie decides to grow a beard to hide the continuous spots and pot-holes in his face.

The band write a new song, The Miracle as Freddie begins to feel he is getting better. Deep down he knows he isn't.

The band take on children to play young versions of them. They choose their four. Paul Howard as Brian May, James Currie as John Deacon, Adam Gladdish as Roger Taylor, and Ross McCall as Freddie Mercury.

Freddie finds his yellow jacket again after three years. He decides to wear it again for the video.

Months later, Freddie realises the treatments are not working and he is nearing his end.

He begins to feel light-headed a lot so he finally makes a song that reveals the truth in a symbolic way.
'I'm Going Slightly Mad'

The band use a baby penguin for the video. Roger and Fred play with it. The small thing fires diarrhea over them. Freddie jumps up

"Roger, what did you do?" He giggles.

Later on, the band film These Are The Days Of Our Lives.

Freddie struggles to stand. He grabs a bottle of vodka and downs a glass. He jumps up and he films it in one take.

He goes home after and he starts to feel ill.
