Welcome listeners. Today I have been requested to read an emergency notice from the Sheriff's Secret Police. An outsider as arrived at Night Vale today. This outsider is suspected as a woman around her 20's. Though we may all know, I would like to remind the listeners that it is Night Vale's custody to point at the outsider and shout interloper! Carlos the scientest with his perfect hair has decided to investigate, as he was once an outsider and might as well know where this stranger has come from. Unfortunately, Carlos has reported that he does not recognize this outsider. Do not talk to this woman. She has imperfect hair unlike Carlos and is to be considered dangerous. We will update when more information is added. For now, I would like to remind our listeners that we should keep on throwing things at the beam of light that has been spotted by Old Lady Joice. The Sheriff's Secret Police also advise you to poke it from time to time, since they have not yet found out what this beam of light is and what it want's from us.

Listeners, I have just been updated with more information about the outsider. She identifies as 'Abrielle', a college student and has been in a plane crash near our town. She does not have perfect hair like Carlos and is rather extremely skinny. She has pleaded our city council to give her citizenship since she has no other possible way to survive when stranded in the desert. The city council yet has not approved her citizenship. What if she exposes us? What if she is a spy? Is she reliable? Will she not kill everybody in Night Vale? [Slience, Cecil murmuring in the background but words are not clear]

Hello listeners, welcome back. I have gotten the result of Abrielle's citizenship. Abrielle has not been accepted to Night Vale and is to be abandoned in the desert. The reason was that after she has been carefully investigated by Night Vale, it was suspected that she was sent to Night Vale to gather information about our community than threaten us under attack. Well done Night Vale, we have prevented another threat. Abrielle is to die painfully stranded in the middle of the desert.
