I was sitting in my room laying on my bed thinking about my next move. The next pawn to take care of is mercury, which might be a problem. There's this certain feeling with him that emerald didn't have. Like at a moments notice he could kill you in a million different ways without hesitation. I need to go for a walk to clear my mind. I got up from my bed to put on my armor and attach my sword to my back, never leave home without it. As i closed the door and turned around to raise my fist but stop as i saw ruby with a frightened look.

"please, don't sneak up on me", i said putting my fist down.

"ok", she said as she calmed down.

"Is there something i can help you with mrs.rose?", i asked.

"yeah, i heard that you knew my brother from professor ozpin. i thought you should know that he's buried in shizen and i wanted to know what he was like?", she asked shyly.

"Your brother was a very honorable man, he stood up for those who could not defend themselves. through his travels after his father passed he met many people and helped many villages. He once told me a story of one village he passed through while he was in atlas, this village was plagued by constant taxes by the schnee's. This village was taxed by them because it was a mining town for dust. Max was passing through when he saw children with jackets that had holes that weren't keeping them warm. max asked them why they did not have better jackets, and the child explained his situation. Max nodded then walked off, the next day the taxes were dropped majorly. apparently what he did was he broke into the schnee manor and threatened that if weiss's father did not drop the taxes or at least make them lesser than they are or he would kill him. He obviously chose the better option"

"...i really wish i got to know him better" she said with tears.

"your brother will always be with you, here", i said as i ut my fist over my heart. she looked at me with a hint of happiness in her eyes.

"if you will excuse me, i have business to attend to", i said as i politely bid her a goodnight as i walked away.

I decided i should try and gain some information on mercury. I might know a guy in vale, i would sometimes travel even if i protected my village and vale was one place i liked to visit quit often. During my visits i ran into an interesting man who ran a bar in town.

I walked onto a bullhead heading into vale to get to juniors bar. i sat down with my sword resting on the seat next to me as i sat in silence. After feeling the jolt of the bullhead landing i started my long walk to juniors, which was easy to tell i was getting closer because i could hear the music. As i walked up a man wearing a suit with his sports jacket, who was also wearing sunglasses and had a clip board, stopped me.

"Hey, name needs to be on the list", he said.

"i need to talk to junior", i said.

"Name...on....list", he said showing it to me. I got fed up so i uppercutted him knocking him out in one strike. I walked right past him not even looking back at him.

As i entered the bar i was blasted with the sound of music and the sight of a huge crowd dancing. I scanned the environment looking for junior to find him standing behind the bar cleaning a glass. I made my way through the crowd ignoring the stairs and whispers, must be because of my fights in vytal festival, as i made my way to junior. As i got to the bar i leaned my sword against the bar then sat down. He noticed me with wide eyes then came over.
