"bebesito, wake up," benji said. i grabbed his hand and put it in mine. "i do not want to. i am tired, banjo." shaking his head, he went to get up. "nooo, benji! come back here. please. i want to cuddle with you, babe," i said while reaching for benji. i couldn't stand sleeping alone now that we sleep together every night. i couldn't get used to it. coming back to me, he took off his shirt and threw it across the room. "woah there," i laughed. "shut up, baby. i'm really hot right now. it's like ninety degrees in here. the air conditioner is broke," benji said.
"i know," i said while leaning on him. my head was on his stomach, and my hands were attached to his. "how did i end up so lucky to have you as my boyfriend?" he said. "well, first of all benji, you have every reason. i'm sure every gay guy would want to date you. not me, you," i told him. "shut up, jorge. i'm really lucky to have you."
"benji, do you think my accent is weird?" i asked. i really didn't like my accent. i felt like it made me different and unique in a bad way. benji's first language is english, but mine is spanish. so, he doesn't have an accent like mine. he is very lucky. "your accent is one of my favorite things about you. i don't think it's weird. it makes you different, in a good way, from everybody else. it's also really, like, really adorable," he said. "aww, benji. thank you."
"sorry if my accent is weird. i do not like it."
"oh please stop. your accent is so cute- i mean adorable- hot- wait no sorry i didn't mean it like that-" "it's okay, benji, i understand. anyways-" i just remembered what benji had said about me and the accent. this is when we had first seen each other.
✨ BENJI POV ✨
"jey, whatcha thinking about?" i asked. "remember the time you called my accent cute- i mean adorable- hot-" jorge laughed. "hahaha. very funny, babe."
today was the day we were going to search for apartments. me and jorge got dressed, and headed out the door. he looked so damn cute. we drove about 10 minutes, until we saw our future apartment.
"jorge, look at this," i said. jorge was amazed. i was amazed.
