Levi x Eren: The Hunt

Chapter 1

"Hey, Levi. Hey, Levi, wake up."

The raven-haired man's eyes moved under their lids, cracking them slightly to let in the dim light, and followed the path where the raspy voice came from. In the cell to the right of him was another lifer, who goes by the name "Arrow", trying to get his attention.

"What?" Levi responded as he folded his arms and straightened his back against the wall.

"I heard we got another rowdy one coming in. They are probably going to put him in the cell across from you." Arrow scratches his dark, greasy hair and gave a smirk. "I'll let you set him straight if you let me have half of your dinner. What do you say, do we have a deal?"

"You can have the whole damn meal of shit and
I will only take care of him only if he gets on my nerves."

Arrow chuckles, tapping his knuckles against the cold metal bars. "You know, Captain, you are going to starve to death if you refuse to eat."

"That's the plan." Levi responds. "But there is no way they will let me off that easy, for what I've done. And never call me Captain again."

Just then, the hallway door opened, and screaming followed. As the noise moved closer, Levi cringed. Eventually, six prison guards brought in the new prisoner. He screamed and kicked as the guards tried to restrain him. "I didn't do anything! Let me go you bastards!"

For the brief moment he was distracted by Levi's glare, they finally managed to get him in his cell. Levi on the other hand found the wild, green eyed brat entertaining, by how he squirmed in his flustered state.

"I'm innocent!" Eren screamed as the guards walked off.

"That's what they all say, runt." The man in the next cell said.

"What did you call me, horse-face?" Eren walked to his left, gripping the bars that separated him from the other man.

The other one, named Jean, got up from his bed to confront Eren. The two squabbled back and forth, adding more to Levi's headache. Eventually, he snapped. "Oi, brats. Shut the fuck up before I have to make you do so myself."

Jean heard Levi's threat and immediately backed down. Eren however, turned to face Levi in the cell across the hallway. "I doubt you can make me do shit in your condition. You look half dead."

"Eren, shut up. That's Levi Ackerman. He will literally kill you." Jean said quietly.

"I don't give a fuck who he is. Half dead is half dead."

Arrow butted in. "I would listen to the horse if I were you. Levi killed 400 people in under an hour. Don't piss him off."

Levi glared at his neighbor. Arrow ducked his head, apologizing for ruining the moment. Levi then looked back to find Eren copying him, sitting on the floor, back against the wall and arms crossed, glaring back.

It was a ruff start for all of them, but they were all there for a reason.

Murder.
