The rumours said nothing about any new members joining Bullet Club and when Jay White turned on Kazuchika Okada, it was clear he was now with Bullet Club. The celebration afterwards during the post-interview was wild. Everyone was ecstatic as I stood to the left of Tanga Loa and to the right of the new member of Jay White.
"We won't be overlooked." Tama spoke beside me as we all walked back together to the Bullet Club locker room. My head snapped up to look at him and gave him a half-hearted smile.
"I'm not scared about that. We are OG's and founding members of Bullet Club. Why should I be scared about us being overlooked?" I asked him and we both sat down on the chairs provided, away from the group to talk in private.
"It's not that you're scared, but I think you think we are not going to get any chances for matches. Because the rumour is that Jay's going to apparently get them all." He mentioned and I didn't look towards him, instead focusing on the carpet.
"Or is it the fact that he's becoming the leader and Fale, you and I are not? Because if it is, I agree. Like a founding member should be the leader and quite frankly you have the skills to be it." He stated and I crossed my arms over my chest, still focusing on the ground.
"I'm totally happy for him but like we are also here but you also have the skills." I quietly said and he shook his head, looking over at the group before directing his attention back to me.
"We've been here for how many years? Nearly 6 of next year. I haven't gotten shit, Fale hasn't gotten shit and you nearly had leadership until Kenny and Cody fucked that all up." I muttered and his hand was placed onto my shoulder blade, rubbing small circles with his thumb.
"I know, hopefully, our time will come." That is all he said before he pulled me up to rejoin the celebratory and wild group, who were having many different conversations thus making it a lot louder than it was this afternoon we arrived.
"We are thinking about going drinking." Fale mentioned to us and I rolled my eyes with a smirk on my face, immediately going over to my bag to pack everything up. My ring gear was spilled out even though I hadn't had a match tonight, I must've moved it to find my shoes.
"When aren't anyone in Bullet Club drinking?" I called out and he then pointed towards Jay who was having his own conversation with Tanga. Jay's hair was already tied back into a small bun as he was untying his shoes.
"He had the idea." Fale blamed Jay for the idea and I shrugged my shoulders towards the men that were listening. A couple of them cocked an eyebrow towards me and I zipped up my bag.
"I was thinking about just going back to the hotel, you know, just relaxing. Then going out to get food and not alcohol. Jay can go out, it's not like I'm his mum." I said, standing up straight and my hands were on my hips. Fale walked up to me and felt my forehead with the back of his hand, only for me to hit it away.
"You okay?" He genuinely asked me and I nodded my head, picking up my bag onto the bench making it easier to pick up once I need to leave.
"Just go without me." I responded and he put his hands up in surrender before backing away. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Tama talking with Jay before Jay's eyes met mine.
"What do you mean you don't want to come?" He yelled out while looking into my eyes. I shook my head laughing lightly, directing my attention towards my phone and messaging my family.
"You don't need to drink." Jay's heavy Kiwi accent rang out as he sat his sweaty body next to mine and I handed him a spare towel to which he wiped himself off. Immediately his attention went back to me as his hand went onto my thigh.
"I just want to go back to the hotel." I honestly told him and he didn't seem convinced as he still stared at me. I laughed towards his actions as my family messaged me back and I replied back to them.
"There's more to this." He responded, not backing down from getting another answer from me. I shrugged my shoulders, looking towards him and laughed.
"If you want another answer you're not getting it because that's the truth. I just want to go back to the hotel, watch some TV because I never get that. It's always, 'let's go drinking', 'let's go walk around Japan' or 'let's fuck'." His laugh was loud before a sigh took over and was evident as he crossed his arms over his chest and leant back in his chair.
"I'm not moving until I get another answer." He was acting childish now and I rubbed my face, my makeup already washed off after the photo shoot that I had done.
"Fine, I think it's just fucking shit that you get added into Bullet Club and are just given the leadership. Like there other people that would love to be the leader. And yes, I know it isn't your choice of who becomes a leader but creative could've given the role to someone more deserving. And yes, I am so fucking happy for you and your new role." I ranted and he stood up. His hand was now outstretched towards me and I obliged, putting my small hand inside his larger one.
"Just come with us. You don't even need to stay long, just stay a couple of hours or half an hour if you wish. We just want all founding members there for Bullet Club. Then we can go back to the hotel and watch TV." He said now facing me and I sighed, looking down.
"Fine." I whispered and Jay screamed out that he had persuaded me before prancing his sore body around the room. He then returned to me and hugged me as tightly as he possibly could.
--------------
We found our table towards the back of the bar and I quickly made my way to the corner of the booth, Jay sliding in beside me then Tanga in front of me.
"What would you like?" Jay asked from beside me and I just looked at him, before snatching the menu away from him. My eyes searched throughout the whole drinks menu before closing it and placing it back into his hands.
"Water." I simply said and his eyes stalked me down before repositioning himself next to me. His wallet was in his hand as he flipped through the menu to the wine list.
"Just get me a cocktail." I spoke defeated and he turned to look my way, a bowl of nuts placed in the middle of our table.
"Okay, I'll surprise you." He stated before getting up to go order our drinks. My family was still messaging me, wanting to find out about my upcoming storylines and matches. It wasn't long until Jay returned with both of our drinks and mine was placed in front of me. White Russian.
"Thank you." I took a sip of the drink and pushed it back to give me some more arm space. I then placed a hand on Jay's bicep, grabbing his attention before kissing him softly.
"You should really tell me what's wrong more, it's not very healthy to keep those kinds of things to yourself. I am always here for you." He reminded me after we both pulled away and I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I'm sorry." Was all I could say, I didn't know how to exactly reply to that but he kissed my temple and placed a hand on my thigh.
"It's alright baby." He said and we listened in on other conversations during the night.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: I feel like this one didn't have much of a story but it was pretty long and alright. Disclaimer, this one shot was based off the Shavannah Gunn character of mine because of the Bullet Club founding member thing.
