I whistled as I drove to pick up Mads from the gym. She is such an amazing gymnast! I never liked sports as a child, how did she get to be so unlike me? She is so well-rounded and cool. I'm pretty lucky my teenager isn't one to have too many mood swings. Gosh, I love that girl! I was surrounded in my own thoughts and love for that amazing girl I call my daughter as I waited for the green light. I also thought about my husband who, don't get me wrong, I love a lot but think a bit lowly of. He has such great education but threw it away to video games and made it pretty far before he lost it all to his final match. Now he sits around the house all day, no job, no chores, no purpose. He is always sad and barely eats. He has been happier recently, but still sad and a touch lazy. When the green light finally came, I started moving with a grin on my face, a newly unlocked fraction of my soul, and a new outlook on life. Jeez, why am I thinking so deeply?.
I passed a small neighborhood exit but saw a speeding truck lunging towards me. Goodness, it's going to get in a car crash! Wait a minute.. I heard the screeching of breaks and a loud boom. Wow, I thought. This must be what Mads feels as she flies and glides. The flying sensation ended all too quickly as I flew back to earth and landed, impaled by a fence. Ouch! How unpleasant. Wow. The lights, the yelling, the screams. It all feels so serene. I am so tired. Okay, body. You can just rest for a moment. No more after that, okay? Alright. Night, night. Kelli Claverson slipped into a coma, in which she felt enveloped in warmth.
