For Aizawa
Yamada has Hanahaki for Aizawa. Yamada and Aizawa spend a lot of one together and Yamada almost told Aizawa. But, sadly, Yamada ended up dying before he could get the healing kiss.

For Yamada Hizashi
Aizawa goes into a state of depression after Yamada's death. He blames himself and actually tries to take his own life. He, however, survives and decides to do what Yamada would have wanted. Aizawa becomes and hero with a radio show for Yamada Hizashi. His radio show is suppose to raise other's spirits. There is one person in particular who listens to all of Aizawa's shows.

For Midoriya
Life for Midoriya isn't the best. His only friend likes to take advantage of him and his parents fight all the time. Usually, those fights are about him. Midoriya listens to Aizawa's shows as a way to escape, and they help a lot. Aizawa never actually knew how his shows effected others and he barely got to see his fans. He only finds out that his shows are working and that he helped somebody when he got a message from an anonymous sender. The letters are straight-to-the-point and thank him for cheering "i" up. They come every-so-often and usually are small, maybe with a bit of advice mixed in. The show means a lot for Midoriya.

For Izuku
For Izuku, love is a faraway concept. Nobody ever really showed him any type of it. He can't feel the emotion and doesn't really believe in it. Since he doesn't have anyone to confide in, he finds comfort in the radio show he listens to. One day, he gets to meet his hero, though it isn't the best way to meet. Izuku knew his situation was getting worse so he gave hidden calls for helps as hints in his letters. Aizawa knew Izuku pretty well so when the letters changed their format he eventually found out what's wrong. The thing wrong ended up with his father arrested and his mother in the hospital.
