Today is the day! Maia and Rami have been on a break for a few months now and today is the day I tell Maia how I feel about her. How I love her how I think about her everyday how I hope to be her boyfriend.

Flowers

Chocolates.

Check.

Note telling Maia how much I love her.

I look in the mirror one more time before getting into the car and driving to Maia's.

I get out the car once I'm at her place and knock on her door. I wait until she opens. "David!",She says with a huge smile as she hugs me. I love her smile. "What's with the flowers?,"She asked. "There for you,"I said as I handed her the flowers. She smelled them and smiled. "Callalilies my favorite,"She said. "Can I come in?",I asked. "Yeah! Of course!,"She said as she opened the door. I walked in. Sadie jumped on me. I kneeled down and whispered in her ear. "Hey beautiful can you leave Momma and I to talk alone?,"I asked her. She nodded as she went back in Maia's room. Maia sat down on the couch. "Wow. I like your penguin suit,"She said. I chuckled. "Wanna sit?,"She asked. "No, I need to tell you something ,"I said as I handed her the note. She smiled as she took it. Her face became sweet as her eyes read every single word. She looked up. "Really?",She asked. "Really,"I said. She walked up to me and Kissed me. Our lips moved slow. But had so much passion and outgrown attraction. I felt her smile as we kissed. She pulled off. "Yes, Yes, yes,"She said with a smile. I smiled huge. Then there was a knock on the door. "Don't answer it,"She said. "I want to kiss you more,"She said. "Maia that could be your mom and Charlie they did say they would vist soon,"I said. "Fine but if it's them the I guess I'll kiss you later,"She said. I smiled. I opened the door. My face broke. Seeing Rami standing there. I looked at Maia she looked really hurt. "Hey David,"Rami said. As he just let himself in. "Maia I love you and I NEED you and I promise that for now on you will be before anyone else.,"he said. I looked at Rami. He had On a t-shirt and jeans. His hair was all messed up and he had on flip-Flops. No gifts no anything. But I still feel like I'm messing them up. "No Rami,"Maia said. "Maia please, just see if there is anything there,"He said. Maia looked at me. "I know there is nothing because some else has my heart,"She said. I stepped in. "No Maia what are you talking about? You should see if there is anything there. No regrets right? I'm sure that the person you love will still be here,"I said. WHAT THE FUCK DAVID! "No, I don't want him to wait, I don't want to wait,"Maia said as she gave me the "WHAT THE FUCK DAVID" face. "No you guys need to work it out, Oh look at the time I better catch my fridge,"I said as I ran out the house. I could hear Maia yelling my name in the background. But I couldn't do that. I couldn't be my dad and how he just left my Mom with Me and my sister without even trying to work things out. I just couldn't! I got in my car and Drove away with tears running down my face.

Callie's P.O.V

I watched David as he left to go to La-la- land. "David!,"I yelled. "What?,"He said. "I wasn't lying,"I said. "You know I love you, and I know we talked about why after the whole thing but Why can't we be now?,"I asked. "Maia,"He said looking down. "What David? What do you want?,"I asked. "I want you,"He said. "Okay then,"I said. "But I don't want to be the reason,"He said. "Okay fine how about this I'll give Rami The rest of the week and if he doesn't have his shit together then it's fair game,"I said. "Okay,"He said. I yawned. "I'm tired",I said. David kissed me on the cheek. "Okay will I better get going,"He said. I grabbed his hand. "No I'm not letting you go out there It's super dark,"I said. He laughed. "It's 7:02 it's not even Sun down yet,"He said. I laughed. "well Maybe I just want you to spend the night,"I said. He laughed as we both got off the couch and made it to my room where Sadie was sleeping on the floor. David and I got under the covers and fell asleep and cuddled next to each other. I loved this.
