I'm sitting at my desk, reading over letters from the candidates for the prince when there's a knock at the door. "Come in." I hear the door open and close, but it's silent otherwise. "Excuse me, did you-?!" I feel someone's hands on my hips, which happens to be my most sensitive spot during my heat.

"Hey, cutie~." I smack the hands away, and he pulls back. "Ow! What was that for?!"

"I told you, I can't be with a prince. Actually, I have a few candidates for you to look over." I pull him into the seat next to me and I show him the pictures of the female omegas. He stares at them for a moment, before looking to me.

"Has it ever occurred to you once that I might be gay?" My cheeks dust pink and I look away.

"O-oh, I'm sorry your highness, I'll make sure to find some male-" He pulls my chin so that I'm looking at him, and he looks down at my neck.

"I want to claim you." I frown and push his hand away.

"I told you. I'm not worthy enough to-" He pushes his lips against mine, and that small action makes my heat worse.

No... my scent is getting stronger. This is bad.

He pulls back and smirks. "Your scent is even stronger then before, I don't know much about Omegas but... doesn't that mean the Omega is happy?" I look away.

"Well... yeah, but no matter how happy I am I don't deserve to be happy when I take people's lives for a living." He frowns and runs his fingers through my hair.

"Is that what this is about? You don't think you're unworthy for a prince, you think you're unworthy of happiness in general." I lean into his touch.

"Well, yeah. How can I be happy when I take other people's happiness away?" He cups my cheek and my eyelids flutter closed.

"Everyone deserves happiness. I'm sure that everyone you've killed was for a reason. And the people you've killed have made other people happy knowing there will be no more victims of the people you've killed." I open my eyes and place one of my hands on his.

"Thank you, your highness. You really made me feel better." He smiles, but then glares at me.

"Can I kiss you now?" I sigh, and nod. He immediately jumps at me and presses his lips onto mine. We collapse onto the floor with him on the bottom and I grab his head before it can hit the floor.

He pulls back as I lay on top of him and he wraps his arms around my waist. I look up to him to see a grin on his face. "You're going the be the best mom, y'know." I pout.

"And what makes me the mom?" He smirks and moves his hands to my hips.

"Just look at how feminine these hips are!" My cheeks turn pink and I lay my head down on his chest. He pauses and moves his arms back to my waist.

"I... I give you permission to c-claim me..."

Karma's P.O.V

"I... I give you permission to c-claim me..." I stare up at the ceiling in shock.

"Really? Are you sure? I mean, we have all the time in the world. We can wait." He sighs.

"Yeah, well... I really want to get rid of my heat and the only way is for me to have sex with my mate, so claim me and... yeah..." I smirk at his embarrassment. I can feel the heat radiating off of him.
