Getting through his classmates was hard, but knocking on the house that bombarded his childhood memories was harder. Bakugou could still see the marks he left on the tree in the front yard when he and Midoriya used to play together as kids with sharp stones, and he recognized the familiar faded out grey that the house was painted in. Taking a deep breath Bakugou knocked on the door roughly, expecting to see a mop of green, curly hair coward in front of him. Instead, he heard slow and faint footsteps walk up the the entrance of the house and open the door slowly as tears dripped onto the floor nonstop. It was Midoriya's mom. "Oh Katsuki..come in, please.." The mother said with a strained voice and she tried her best to not weep for the fifth time that day. Walking in he saw the walls adorned with pictures he remembered seeing as a kid, Midoriya as a baby in his mother's arms, Midoriya as a toddler, Midoriya and him as kids, and a few more with a couple of newly added photographs every now and then. As the older of the two sat down on the couch, Bakugou followed. "Where's Deku?" He asked without hesitation.
