When you look at someone do you see a soul?
Do you see their struggles?
Do you even care?
Look past the body and all the scars and find the soul
The fighter within that drives them forward even when they feel the world pushing down that is what you should be looking for
Not a pretty face,
Or a skinny figure
Maybe I and all the other victims will be the only ones to know
That what they say may be a fact to the eye, but not to the soul
To a soul who only wants to fit in,
and is always crying out for help even to the deaf ears
Thinking some will know,
Or someone will notice how they have been sitting there trapped behind the glass for what has seemed like an eternity
They are both elated and afraid of the day the glass shatters and they walk free
No matter how many times someone tells that they are beautiful, Elegant, smart, thin, and noticed it will be too late, they have become so unfamiliar with such words that they no longer recognize the meaning to love; happiness
I know this may be a call out into the void,
Where only few will hear my voice,
But have you ever tried to talk to someone who doesn't have any friends
Have you ever sat down and complimented them
And telling me so won't change a thing
You have to get out there and change the world
Because actions they are bigger than words

Why do people live like this?
why do we live under people and let us push us down when
all we want is a space beside, and not as trash
where all we know is that each day will hurt but we have a numbered days
so in the end if we can and smile and say I made it then we will die with a smile on our face
We hope for days when all their is joy
but that isn't the truth
you want the truth, the truth is people like me will never be fully happy
we will only feel every sorrow
there will always be the ache of rememberence
A small part of our heart where we tuck away our pain so it may not see the light of day

I dedicate this to my friend's who have had siblings like this and still feel the pain of their suicides
