Hunt 4 {part 1}

//////Dean's POV/////

We have been driveing for about 4 hours now, heading to our next hunt. There had been some demonic activity, nothing to hard to fix. Peaked into the back seat from my mirror. Devin was asleep, her head buried in maxs chest, his arms wrapped around her, and her feet on james lap. They were all fast asleep.

"You know There all kinda like our kids now" Sam said, still staring at the road.

"Pretty much." I said, nodding in agreement. Before sam could say anything, his phone rang.

"Hello" he said, putting the phone to his ear. He gave me a confused look.

"Were about an hour away" he said. I could barely tell who was on the other end.

"But we have a hunt" argued sam.

"Fine, I'll tell dean to head to your place. See you soon" he sighed, flipping his phone shut and looking at me.

"Bobby said to go to his place. He already has others going to our hunt" Sam looked a little concerned.

"What for?" I asked, not takeing my eyes off the wheel.

"It's another hunt that needs our attention. He has two other hunters there, needing our help" Sam still sounded worried.

"What is it sam?" I felt the impatience flood my voice.

"Dean it's maxs ex girlfriend" he sighed.

"Yea that could cause a problem" i rubbed the back of my neck. This was going to be a tricky hunt.

**at bobbys**

Devin, max and james had already woken up. We pulled into the scrape yard and parked in front of bobbys house. Max and devin were laughing, causing james to roll his eyes. Sam and I got out, along with devin, max and james. We walked up the porch, and into the house. Max had his arm around devin's waist, both of them walking in sync. I smiled and held the door open for them, shutting it behind me. Sam and james disappeared into the liveing room, soon followed by devin and max. Sam was already hugging the guy, and then the girl. I came up behind him and hugged the guy.

"Nice to see you dean" he said, pulling away.

"You too. Same goes to you Claire" i said nodding my head at her. She smiled at me. Bobby was sitting behind his desk.The two sorted the faces in the group, there eyes resting on max.

"Maxy" the claire smiled, before seeing his arm wrapped around devin's waist. Noticing that, max pulled devin in closer.

"Claire. Brent" Max said, nodding in the direction. Brent looked just as displeased as Claire, but his face softened into a smile. Max smiled at him, letting go of devin, and hugged Brent.

"Nice to see you man" Brent said, pulling away from the hug.

"You too" Max grinned.

"So are you going to introduce me to that pretty thing there" he said pointing to devin. I could tell this hit a sour spot in max, hell it hit one in me. Before either of us could say something, devin stepped up beside max, causing him to grab her hand and intertwined there fingers together.

"I'm devin" she said, looking up at him.

/////maxs pov/////

Brent eyed devin up and down, causing her to shift uncomfortably.  She was wearing ankle High boots, high waisted shorts, and a fitted stripped shirt. I felt her hand twitch in mine, but her grip got a bit stronger.

"So are you two a thing?" He asked looking me in the eyes. I felt everyone looking at our actions.

I looked down at devin. She smiled and nodded.
