Ryan POV As I was walking back into the locker room I looked back and shook my head. She's a lier man she wasn't looking for me. If she was It wouldn't take 8 years and some change. I fucking hate her bro she left me when I needed her the most and then she come here thinking that her talking to me was going to fix it all. An announcement was made for the teams to come back to the court snapping out my thoughts. Now how can I focus , why would something happen like this today really man.
Chanel POV All I could do was stand there because truth is I got so caught up in my life that I wasn't worried about my brother. That kills me to even say that , that boy means the world to me. As I made my way back to my seat with tears streaming down my face ,An announcement was made for them to come back out to the court. As he walked out with an unexplainable look on his face mixed with anger, all I could do was cry harder , I know I hurt him but we were so young I didn't know what to do I kinda wanted to forget about that chapter of my life. All I could do was stare at him he's all grown up and doing good for himself which I'm happy about but I wish I was involved in it.
Truth POV As I was tuned into the game , i glanced over at Chanel and notice the tears on I face. I instantly turn my full attention to her
Truth- bae what's wrong ? Talk to me ma
Chanel- ( turned to lay her head on his shoulder) bae that's my brother that I haven't seen in 8 plus years , I missed him and now he won't talk to me because he felt like I left him in his time of need I did and I didn't because I was forced.

Chanel-( explaining what happened to them and why they separated)

Just as he finished his sentence the bell bussed and they announced the winner. West view academy won. I clapped to show support and good sportsmanship. As everyone was exited I kissed my mom and sister , daped up my dad and grab Chanel hand and walked her over to where her brother was standing.
Truth - ( tapping his shoulder) wassup I'm Chanel boyfriend I was wondering can we have a word with you ?

As I watched him walk away I know it's hope she just has to keep on trying. I walked back over to her , took her hand and lead her to the car, opening her door as she climbed in, I can tell this was really getting to her and I wanted to cheer her up a little bit.
Truth- you wanna get some ice cream?
Chanel- ( shaking her head yes) can we get ice cream and snacks and go to your place plz? I just don't wanna go home right now

I stoped at Walmart and got us some cookies and cream ice cream and some chips , cookies , candy and you can't forget about the pineapple pop. The whole ride to my house Chanel just stared out the window in thought, I let her because I know she needed time. Arriving at my house I put the code into my gate.
