Taehyung's POV

Once Lana was safely inside, I drove back home. I got inside, threw my jacket down on the chair she sat in, and slapped Jungkook awake.

"Get up fool."

He groaned and slowly sat up. "That hurt." He whines. "Good, it should." I sit down next to him.

"Why did you get so drunk tonight?" I ask. Jungkook shrugs. "I was upset." "About what?" Jungkook sighs and pushes his hair back.

"Well...you always go to see that girl. She seems to like you a lot. I guess I got jealous." "So you threw yourself at her?" Jungkook stayed silent. I rub my face with my hand.

"Jungkook, you can't force yourself on girls and get mad when they don't respond the same way. Besides, you hurt her for no reason." Jungkook hung his head. "I know and I feel really bad."

I throw a pillow at his face. "Take a shower, you reek of alcohol." Jungkook nods and heads upstairs to take a shower.

Lana's POV

Today really just happened. I lay on the couch to calm myself down. I was so worried about Taehyung. He just punched the dude square in the face. I really hope he is okay. Just then, I got a text from Nia.

hey, the carnival's in town. why don't u invite ur bf tmr? ;p

I roll my eyes and set my phone down. Taehyung is NOT my boyfriend. Although, I wouldn't complain...Regardless, I'm sure he wouldn't even wanna go. I set my phone down on my nightstand and close my eyes to sleep.

I wake up the next morning and look over at my phone. It was 12:46 pm. Geez, I slept in a little too long. I get out of bed and shower. After that, I got a text from Nia.

imma head over to our usual place around 3:30. hopefully cha-min can come with us. :)

I reply back.

i hope he can too. yall can share a kiss on the ferris wheel ^3^

Nia replies quickly.

omg no! too soon .-.

I laugh and get changed. Wasn't really planning on working today so I went on a market run instead. I got everything on the list that I needed except for paper towels. I turn down aisle 4 and spot them on the very top shelf.

I'm not short but it was still far from my reach. I stand on my tippy toes and try my hardest to reach the plastic wrap but before I could reach it, someone else grabbed the paper towels.

I turn towards the person, a little ticked off but see Taehyung handing me the last of the paper towels. I smile. "Thanks." I put it in my basket and checked the last item off my list.

"How did you sleep?" Taehyung asks looking over to see my shopping list. "Good. Did you sleep well?" Taehyung shrugs. "Yeah, I guess." We walk to checkout together. "How is that guy?"

Taehyung gives me a look but realizes who I'm talking about and sighs. "He's fine. Stubborn as usual, but fine." I sigh. "Good." Taehyung helps me put my groceries on the conveyor belt.

I noticed that he had a few bandages on his knuckles. After I pay for my things, I grab his hand. "Does it hurt?" I ask. He shakes his head. "Don't worry, I'm fine. It's nothing serious." "Oh okay." I let go of his hand and we walked in silence.

I turn to walk back home when Taehyung stops me. "Where are you going?" I turn to him. "Home." He raises an eyebrow. "Didn't you drive here?" He asks.

I shake my head. "I don't have a car." "For real? Do you just walk to everything?" I nod. "Pretty much. I think of it as extra exercise, I mean, I do have to keep my figure after all." The corners of Taehyung's lips curl and I can feel my cheeks burn. He motions toward his car.
