today i are 1440 cal out of 1470 but burned off 344 in exercise, not including normal walking time.
i did the slim waist workout twice today but added leg lifts and did a core/abs workout created by nike (they have a fitness app), and did yard work.
i drank 6 cups/ approx. 2 ish liters of water today
i also listened to some subliminals for about ten minutes today
