• usually i have a blueberry or mixed fruit smoothie with frozen fruit and coconut almond milk. 66 kcal

• a peanut butter sandwich on a slice of whole wheat/whole grain bread. 268 kcal

• pretty much whatever my mom makes, usually healthy. usually around 500 kcal, depending𝔱𝔬𝔱𝔞𝔩 𝔳𝔞𝔩𝔲𝔢: 934
• i don't usually have snacks, but once in a while i'll nibble on a small chunk of chocolate or make a mug cake for dessert or something.
• i also drink a lot of water. like about 1-2 litres a day, so that also might be why i'm not always hungry𝔠𝔞𝔩𝔬𝔯𝔦𝔢𝔰 𝔟𝔲𝔯𝔫𝔢𝔡 𝔦𝔫 𝔞 𝔡𝔞𝔶:
• on a normal school day, i walk about two miles, which burns approx. 160-320 calories, and i urn for an hour every morning, which burns approx. 600 calories.
