Izuku woke up with a small groan. He sat up from bed, a nightmare fresh on his mind. He got up and got changed into his school uniform. He stared at the mirror looking over his white wings, noting another feather had turned black. He sighed before tucking his wings back in. He felt at his head, his hand getting scratched by the small budding horns. This forced another sigh from him. He walked back into his bedroom grabbing his stuff for school that morning. Though the bags under his eyes were a sign clear as day that he was not in the mood for school. He walked into the kitchen grabbing some quick food for breakfast before beginning the walk to school.

Sitting in his usual seat Izuku was mentally preparing himself for another long day. As his classes dragged on slowly but surly the male was nodding off. He hadn't even stopped to watch the fight between villains and heroes that morning. So he had gotten to school early. Eventually the teacher brought up future careers. And how everyone in the class wanted to be heroes. While the entire class began showing off their Quirks cheerfully at that note, Izuku did not. Instead slumping down further on his desk. As Bakugo started up his normal routine, Izuku just put his head down. Here it comes. I know its coming... He thought. "Ah. It appears Midoriya is aiming for UA as well." The teacher commented. Izuku, on instinct alone, flew up just as his desk was blown to bits by Bakugo. Izuku breathed out a small sigh of relief, hovering in the air above his class. "Deku you b*stard! Get down here!!!" Bakugo roared. Izuku continued hovering in the air, not saying a word. No one noticed some of the white feathers had turned black. And if they did, they didn't mention it. Izuku avoided eye contact with Bakugo. The rest of the class chuckling and snickering a bit. "Midoriya? Really? The support?" One mentioned. "Pfft. Him in UA? He can barely fight. There's no way he'd be able to pass the entrance exams." Another commented. "What can he do again? Fly, heal, and cast support spells?" Someone questioned. Bakugo looked up at Izuku with a glare. "You are nothing but a support. At most you will be nothing but a sidekick. If even that." He hissed. Izuku didn't even have to look to know that another feather was turning black. But he attempted to ignore that sunken feeling. "Alright class. Settle down. Midoriya, sit in the empty desk at the back. And Bakugo, that's detention young man." He hissed. Bakugo growled before sitting back down. Midoriya flew over to the desk, dropping his stuff next to it before settling down in the seat himself.

Izuku sighed, getting his stuff together as Bakugo approached him. The classroom was empty. "Oi, nerd." Bakugo hissed. Izuku didn't bother responding, just let his wings droop a bit. "You will never-." "Be a hero. Yeah Kacchan. I know." Izuku said. Bakugo smirked. "Oh? Finally accepting that you will never be anything more than somebody's sidekick?" He sneered. Izuku looked down, more of his feathers beginning to darken. "Kacchan...why can you never leave me alone? Why are you so against me being a hero?" Izuku questioned. Bakugo opened his mouth with a smug smirk only to be cut off before he even began. "I have never done anything to you! I've respected you and looked up to you, and what do I get for that Kacchan!? What did I get!?" Izuku's voice was progressively getting louder. "Suffering! Pain! Abuse and discrimination! So what if I don't know how to fight now!? I could learn! So what if I'm just a support!? There are plenty of support heroes! My Quirk has potential, I know it does!" Izuku shouted. Tears of anger and pain streamed down Izuku's face. "I don't know what I did to deserve this! What did I do Kacchan!? What did I do to you!?" Bakugo stood in shock at the smaller male's outburst. Izuku wiped the tears away before sighing. "Okay Kacchan. Have it your way. If you hate me that much, don't worry. You want have to see me again after today. Goodbye." And with that Izuku grabbed his bag and darted out the door. He ran to the roof before flapping his wings and taking off. Not wanting to run into Bakugo again on the ground. Once he was far enough from the school, being aware Bakugo was going to detention, he landed by an underpass, tears stinging his eyes again. He needed to get home quickly.

It was then that Izuku got jumped by a sludge villain. He flared his wings out and thrashed about. Panic and fear consuming his thoughts. Suddenly, a small word appeared in his panicked thoughts. Something he read on the internet one time. But he didn't pay much attention to it at the time. That word appeared in his mind more and more. Swelling until it was the only thing he could think of. His magic aura appeared around his hands as that word repeated in his mind. But the normal golden magic aura was replaced with a black aura. Izuku managed to pull his mouth away from the sludge long enough to utter that word. "Morietur!" He shouted in a much deeper voice not his own. And in one giant flash of his black magic aura, the sludge villain was gone. Vanished. Completely erased from existence. All that was left on the ground, a small blood stain where the sludge once was. Izuku fell to the ground, suddenly exhausted beyond measure. More of his feathers turning black. As he lay there on the ground Izuku's senses were filled with a weird buzzing sensation. He managed to sit up just in time to hear a booming laugh be abruptly cut off by a small gasp. Izuku turned to see All Might dashing over. "Young boy, are you alright?" He asked, helping Izuku stand. Who the boy was standing in front of didn't register in his mind in that moment. Overcome with that weird sensation. "I'm...not sure..." Izuku trailed off, looking at his hand.

All Might shot a glance at the blood on the ground before shivering. "Young man...you didn't happen to run into a sludge villain did you?" All Might questioned. Izuku suddenly felt very dizzy as a metallic scent hit his nose. "I...don't remember...everything is dizzy...God what is that scent!?" He questioned in a distressed tone. All Might slowly led the boy out of the underpass on the other side. Izuku sat down on the bench rubbing his head and leaning back. "Everything hurts....what happened?" He questioned. "That's what I'd like to know." All Might muttered to himself. All Might glanced from the blood in the underpass to the boy in front of him. A sudden sickening feeling fell over him, noticing two budding horns underneath a halo slowly turning grey. Wings of mostly black feathers instead of white ones. A feeling of fear. Something the Pro hadn't felt in the longest time. There was something off about this boy. Something...wrong. All Might smiled nervously. "W-well then, I must be on my way. Duty calls and all that. Later!" And with that All Might zoomed off. Izuku stared where the tall male once stood. "Did...All Might just...run? From me?" Izuku questioned, finally realizing who that Pro was, and what had just happened.

He looked at his wings only for his eyes to widen in horror. He flew home fast as he could, quickly moving up to his room before his mother could see him. He got a few things packed, some clothes, yen, phone and phone charger, he grabbed his laptop and its charger as well. Along with a few other things he might need. He made sure to hide his wings and halo when he sat down for dinner with his mom. Inko Midoriya was shocked, normally her son didn't hide his wings and halo around her. In fact, he rarely hid his wings and halo. But she didn't want to question him on it. Knowing that he probably just had a rough day and was tired. After dinner was finished and night rolled around Izuku grabbed his suitcase and opened his window. He looked back at his room one final time, covered wall to wall in All Might posters and merch. He sighed, letting his now pitch black wings spread as he launched out the window carrying his suitcase. Leaving the very last of his white feathers on his bed.

"All it'll take is one bad day. One day to drive someone completely off the edge. To make someone fall. Heck, sometimes not even a day. It doesn't take long to make someone's mind change. Someone's views to be twisted. All it takes is a silver tongue, or simply the product of a bad day. I had been pushed over the edge. My wings had been clipped. But no more. The Quirk Angel was no more. Deku, was no more. In his place stood the Fallen Angel Lucifer. Riding on pitch black wings into his future."
