Kat POV

People were definitely avoiding us 2 and it annoyed the fuck out of me and Candy was completely fine with the situation.

Me and her just sat on the couch. "This is it, they all hate us." I said.

"That makes no fucking sense." Candy said.

"Wait.. what's today?" I asked.

"April 16th- oh shit. Didn't we plan to combine our birthday? Is that why I got nothing on mine?" Candy started questioning her life.

"Welp, we're so fucked if we're going by book plot convenience." I said.

"What?"

"What."

"Anyway, I bet they're going to be generic and surprise us or some shit." Candy said.

"I bet they're original." I said.

"100 bucks." Candy said.

"Worth of candy." I said.

"You punny bitch-" She said getting caught off guard by Kyberus appearing by her side. "THE FUCK?" She screamed.

I'll admit through writing this text that I was breathing heavily, but I laughed at her and said: "Weak" like I would to anyone about the stupidest things.

He presented a gift for both of us, mine being purple wrapping and pink ribbon, hers being vice versa.

"Interesting." I said, but he had already faded from existence for now.

"Okay, that's weird, only one person." Candy said.

"Told you, they're going to be original. Better have that 100 dollars worth of candy for later." I said before the book took a time skip.

-Time Skip-

Candy and I were walking in the park until Sammie and Aliana confronted us with presents and then walked away.

We had one present each.

"Okay, they're being creepy at this point." I said.

"You get creeped out too easily." She replied.

"True, I'm easily uncomfortable in situations." I continued conversation as we kept on walking.

-Another Time Skip, I'm so interesting-

We were in my room just chilling until Ky'Land walked in and gave us both a present. Blue wrapping and black bows on both.

"Love the color choice." I said. But he was already gone. "Alright, I'm gonna be high anxiety mode if this continues."

"Calm down Kat. They're planning something." Candy said.

"That's why I have anxiety. I hate not knowing things." I replied as I turned on my Undertale.

-You should know what this means by now-

We received presents from all our roommates, one by one, and I was officially creeped out.

I got up from the dinner table from playing battle ship with Candy.

"Kat?" She questioned.

"I don't feel so good fam, they're giving me really high anxiety and one thing might fuck me over. I'm going to my room." I said before walking up the stairs.

I entered my room, put the curtains around my bed and just sat in the corner.

Jesus Christ, how can everyone be so creepy by giving me and Candy presents for our birthday. I'm really this fucked up.

I sat on the edge of my bed and glanced at the presents I hadn't even opened. I got up and sat down on the floor next to them. I started to open them.

Kyber got me a taco plush, Sammie and Aliana got me a smol purple pillow. Cool, I guess. I opened the rest of the presents and then finally got to Ky'Land's. Hm.

I opened his for another plush. I actually love plush's since I never had anyone real to snuggle with. Until recently, but it was very depressing for me before. But anything from him is always on the top of my keeping list.

I placed the new plush on my bed and put the rest of the stuff I got onto a shelf. Yeah, I'm a bitch. And I don't care.

I got into bed and just snuggled the plush. Yeah, I'm just overthinking.

A few minutes of staring at a wall, I decide to get up and go downstairs. Candy was on the couch so I joined her.

"So, anything else happened while I was gone?" I asked her.

"Nope. But now since we're together, things will probably happen now." She replied.

"Fuck." I stated.

-Time SKIP-

For book plot conveniences, Candy and I got up and walked towards the dinner table and everyone was standing there and screamed "Happy Birthday".

I just stood there and grabbed my chest, breathing heavily. Sammie and Aliana rushed over.

"Girl, it's fine, it's just birthday tradition or whatever people call this." Aliana said.

Sammie just brought me to the table as everyone gathered around, Candy sat down next to me.

"DID WE ALMOST KILL HER?" Mika yelled

"That's normal, I promise." Flare said.

They put the cake in me and Candy's face. "OKAY, DAMN, Y'ALL TRYNA KILL ME." I screamed as Ky'Land took a seat next to me.

I felt a camera on me and just froze. Sammie then glanced around to see that Flare was being a cunt. She grabbed his phone and yeeted it out the window and hit Kiki.

I shook my head back into reality. I told myself to do something extra so no one would worry about me. So, I sort of just slammed my face straight into the cake.

I brought my head back up and said: "DON'T WORRY GUYS, CANDY OWES ME CANDY"
