Happy B-Day

If you are asking, yes, they got to finish decorating, thank goodness. They bickered during the decorating time, but that made them get closer with each other.

Today is the day. The kids are so happy. They can't wait.

It was Saturday, TOP was expecting to take a day off, but he had to go to an urgent 'meeting'. It's actually a plan of course. All the people who were invited came to the party.

TOP arrived at his office noticing no one was there. Confuse he called his secretary, but didn't answer. Then his mom called.

"Nee eomma?"

"Your dad... He's at the hospital right..." He can hear his mom sob on the other line.

"What?! Eomma where are you?"

"At home..."

"Im coming now, wait for me." He ended the called and started his engine and drove off.

He drove as fast as he can and arrived at his parents home not noticing 20 cars are parked near the house.

He opened the door and-

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" Everyone shouted.

"What's going on?" Then he saw his mom and dad, "I thought dad was at the hospital?"

"It was an excuse sweetheart to make you come here."

"Even the meeting and stuff were set ups."

TOP smiled and saw his kids and hugged them one by one.

"You guys set this up?" All of them nodded.

"Remember appa, we come up of ideas everytime it's your birthday or eomma. You guys did the same when we were kids." Chanyeol said coldly since it was his 'image'.

"Thank you. Now i'm going to have some fun with friends ok?" They nodded and went on their separate ways.

"This party is sweet and amazing!" Jungkook said to Rose.

"I'm glad you came." Rose smiled.

"No problem, oh yea. Um... Do your oppa usually glare at people like that?"

Rose looked at where Jungkook was pointing seeing Chanyeol glaring like he was going to kill someone.

"Aish..." She turned back to him, "Don't mind him."

"Hyung, why are you glaring like that?" Jimin asked.

"Who is that person that Rose is close with?"

"Ah! That's Jungkook!" Jimin said excitedly, "Jungkook! Come here!" He came running towards them, "Meet my bro my dude."

"Uh- hi. Jungkook!" He reached his hand for a handshake, but Chanyeol rejected.

"Don't you dare come close with Rose unless you prove that you are-"

"Sure, i'll prove it to you. Rose is nice, and i would like to know her better."

Jimin got nervous and whispered to him, "Look bro, i let you hang out or date my sis, but Chanyeol wont let you that easily."

"That's fine. He is the oldest, why wont he be all protective."

"Just saying there's also our appa."

Jungkook cleared his throat upon hearing appa. Well why wouldn't he. It's freaking the dad!

"Dad, this is Sungjae..."

"Hi. Sungjae." He said with a deep tone.

"Hi! Nice to finally meet you!"

TOP looked annoyed when seeing them hold hands, "Don't you think you guys are too close?" The couple was confuse and TOP went between them.

The family is having a beautiful time. The night soon settled down and guests started going home. 10 a.m hit and it's the family that's left.

"Now that everyone is gone, should we spend my 2 hours left till my birthday is done?" TOP asked mostly to the kids.

"Sure!" Rose yelled. It's been years since they did this. With all the family together not 1 parent only.

They talked, laughed, and drank. Then 12 a.m hits and everyone is exhausted. The grandparents went to their bedroom and the siblings went to the guest room to sleep. Only TOP and Bom is left drinking wine.

"It's been awhile since we had this moment Bom."

"It's been like 6 years after our business became busier and busier." They laughed as they remembered.

"Why did we divorce again?" TOP asked.

"I have no idea." Silence hit, "We lost interest in each other basically." Bom poured more wine in each cup.

"Did we really? Or did we divorce since we felt like we are making each other suffer everyday?" Silence hits again.

"I dont know. We-..." Bom sighed.

"Both of you dont know actually." Halmeoni said as she popped up on the corner with halbeoji, "You questioned love. Both of you are confuse wether you love each other or not. Love is the most powerful word in the world beside Hate. Love is and will always be confusing if you don't try to understand your heart."

"Now, my little children's, go to sleep." Halabeoji said as he and halmeoni started walking upstairs.

"Try to understand what your heart is telling you then you'll know the real reason why you two divorced." She said sweetly, but also serious.

Try to listen to your heart? But how? It's hard since lots chose to not believe it. Well your heart can manipulate you. But when do you know when your heart isn't manipulating you?
