Joy's POV

Today was eomma and appa's wedding anniversary... I know they divorced, but i can never forget their anniversary. They all forgot, but i can't. I really can't...

My phone started ringing, "Oppa~" I answered.

"I'm picking you up at 11. See you."

"Wait wha-" He didn't let me finish, but usually he acts like this when asking for a date.

I talked to all his ex-girlfriends but he totally acts different to me. Well, i like how he acts when asking for a date. It's cute.

I went to my closet and looked for clothes. Then i found one.

"Let's do it!"

Fall was starting so i took some casual clothes, but also formal. I have fans okay?!

Author's POV

Joy walked outside seeing Sungjae leaning onto his red car. He smiled when his eyes landed on Joy.

"Hey baby~" She said as she pecked his cheeks, "Where we going today?"

"Surprise,"

Joy smiled and started scrolling on her phone as Sungjae drove.

It took about 30 minutes for them to arrive at the location.

"We're here!"

Joy looked up, "Wait. What the?"

"Prepare lunch." TOP said to his personal chef.

"Why are we here Sungjae?" Joy whispered as she sat on the diner table.

"This better be important Sungjae. I cleared my whole schedule for today." Bom said as she took off her jacket and left it at the couch.

Lunch was prepared but no one touched the food. The atmosphere was weird. It was mix with different emotions.

"Uh- yes! The food looks great Mr. Choi! Thank you Mr. Lee! We should eat." Sungjae said to break the awkwardness.

They started eating without a big conversation. Maybe little bit of questions here and there but that's all.

Bom then asked, "Why did you call us to have lunch together Sungjae?"

He stop eating and cleared his throat, "Mr. Choi, Mrs. Park... I know you both don't accept me. It's mainly because of the rivals between companies." He stood up.

"Babe what are you doing?" Joy whispered.

"Please, accept me."

Silent.

TOP pushed his food away while Bom dropped the utensils on the plate.

"Look Sungjae. I do accept you. Maybe it's just weird that Joy is dating someone... I just became over protective." TOP said with laughter.

Sungjae smiled but then realized Bom hasn't talked yet.

"Mrs. Park?"

She looked up, "I also accept you, but. Again, you are still our rivals son. Since i know you will take over Yook inc in a few years, i will not treat you the same during work, understand."

"Yes..."

Joy pulled Sungjae down and the lunch continued.

The couple stayed at TOP's house till it was 6 pm. Sungjae was finally accepted. They couldn't be more happy, but they still know, having this relationship has a lot of challenges to overcome.

"Oppa."

"Hm?"

"Thank you."

"For what?"

"For you not giving up in this relationship."

They stop walking,

"I will not give up without fighting this relationship Joy because i love you, no matter what happen in the future-"

"Oppa, i dont care about the future. I want to enjoy this moment first..."

They hugged,

"I love you Joy..."

"I love you too."

"Ugh... Why do i feel disgusted right now?" Chanyeol questioned.

Im sorry for the really long wait!!!!! I finally am caught up on school after coming back from my vacation.

I have decided that i will start updating the book once a month and maybe some side info about them. Anyway thank you for waiting!!!! I love you guyssss
