okay so you're angry, who do i have to fight? i hope it's not myself ohmygod but hey, i'll do it.
you probably feel like punching the wall right now. killing someone, punching someone, hurting someone. you feel like the world hates you and just wants you to suffer. well let me tell you, it's not worth it. but you want to get your anger out somehow. punch anything soft, if you feel the need to. scream into something so no one can hear. cry, cry until you don't feel angry anymore. sometimes it's best to cry, to just let it out. whatever triggered this and made you angry, do not go near it right now. take space until you feel better, no matter how long that is. the more you deal with it, the more and more you will get angry. if it's a person and you feel like telling them off is the best for you, go ahead, but please do not do anything you'll regret. it will affect you in the long run.
STAY HYDRATED AND DRINK WATER JUST INCASE YOU GET YOURSELF WORKED UP AND FEEL A PANIC ATTACK COMING ALONG
there's already so much hate in this world, you're probably wondering why me? why do i have to be the one who's suffering and getting hurt? well, everyone does. everyone goes through their own kind of angry and they cope differently. but you, i personally think you're stronger than everyone else. i think you can really push through this, and have a positive outcome very quickly. you don't carry much hate in your heart and that shows you just what type of person you are. you're not a hateful person, so why feel like this. i know you will get through this, i know you will. with just enough love and faith, you can get out. i love you.
