3. Three years missed

Hey guys! I'm happy to be back with a brand new chapter of WBL!! I'm currently trying to improve my writing so hopefully these chapters will improve as the fanfic progresses, also, it takes me a while to check and edit my chapters so I'm sorry I only update once a week. It's literally 00:01 here now, so it's pretty much Sunday right? *hops with excitement* THAT MEANS NO SCHOOL THIS WEEK AND A HALF TEARM FULL OF NALU- I mean productive stuff! Anyways, thanks to everyone who voted and commented on the previous chapters, you're awesome!! I tried to start adding in a bit of NaLu here so I hope you enjoy it! Also, the multimedia is kinda my screensaver for my laptop, iPad, iPod, iPhone, my sisters computer (she doesn't know yet.... Shhhh!) my school email account profile picture, my school computer screensaver, my- *lists like a thousand devices with NaLu on it*

Update: And I sorta give all the boys I draw in art class pink hair.... And fire... And blonde girlfriends... Help me XD

Lucy nibbled on the corner of the pizza, deep in thought. The fingers of her free hand tapped on the table absently.

It was noisy in the restaurant. The chatter of her fellow customers was merely a whisper when compared to what was going on at her table.

"Hah! Losers! I told you I would win!"

Natsu was bouncing about in the seat next to her, his face lit up like a Christmas tree.

Gray flopped backwards in his seat, groaning dramatically.

"Dude, I can't believe you ate fifteen plates of buffalo wings! Urgh, I think I'm gonna throw up...."

Levy nodded in agreement.

"You're a pig," she muttered.

Somehow, Natsu managed to smile more than he already had been.

"I know right!"

Everyone else, minus Erza who wanted to stay loyal to her cake obsession, was either in the bathroom being sick or clutching their stomachs and whining.

Lucy resisted the urge to laugh.

'Even Levy-Chan and Juvia are being unusually foolish... I guess they changed a little while I was away.' For some reason, this thought made her sad. How much had she really missed in three years? However, she refused to let that bring her down. Her sadness was cancelled out by how utterly hilarious everyone looked.

She must've been giggling a lot, because she failed to notice a certain pink haired joker get up from his seat. He smirked, and ever so quietly, sidled up to her. Dang he'd missed this.

Cupping his hands around his mouth, he whispered, "Hey Luce!"

The blonde screamed. Loudly.

"WHAT THE HECK!?!" She spun around, full well expecting a murderer or something.

Instead, she was met with the sight of a boy who looked like he was about to die laughing.

"Natsu! You- YOU IDIOT!! GET HERE YOU LITTLE-" Her sentence was cut off by a door slamming open. Juvia and Jellal dashed out of the toilets, followed by Gajeel, Mira and Laxus.

"Lucy-San! Is Lucy-San alright!? Juvia will save you Lucy-san!"

By now the group had the attention of the entire restaurant. They stared at the teens. Most of them wore a look of disgust, surprise practically radiating off them.

Juvia and Lucy began to laugh nervously.

"Eheh, nothing to see here..." Mira started.

Another door was opened, less harshly than the last.
