We all wish we could travel back
Back to where we came from
But we're stuck here
There's no way to go back
No way to erase the past
We all wish we could just go back
Even if just for a split second
But that gift won't be laid in our hands
It is being saved for another
Another who really needs it
Really needs to go back and fix it
But it won't happen
That gift has not been made
And it never will be
That time has not come
The science has not yet been created
I wish I could go back
Back to that time
Time that everything was alright
But I can't travel back
Back through time
Back through space
Back through memories
We all wish we could travel back
Back to where we came from
But we're stuck here
