non-awkward hug

I wake up to the stupid sound of my alarm clock going off. I get up and do my usual routine.

Today I decided to wear leggings and a sweatshirt. It's hot but I don't care, but I will later when I start to sweat.

Last night my dad lectured my brother and I about being 'super heros'. We eventually convinced him to let us continue to work with Tony and Peter after about a half an hour.

At school, Peter introduced me to a girl named MJ. She seems to be a unnoticed, sarcastic, and low key person, from what I have observed.

When the bell rang, I sped walked to my locker to see Peter and Miles talking beside it. They must be at Miles' locker.

I tap Peters shoulder and he turns around, looking down at me. "Hey." He says with a smile.

"Sup." I smile back at him. I put everything in my locker and take out my backpack.

"Where we going to today?" Miles asks while Peter leans his back against the other lockers.

"I don't really know." We all start to walk out of the school.

We walk in silence for a minute. "How about we just swing around. Go up to tall buildings and have fun." I say.

"I did that when I first got my suit. I had a lot of fun, but it will be better now that I have friends. It's also good practice." Peter says.

"Kenzie and I will head home so we can grab our suits, I'll send you my address." Miles says looking at Peter.

"No need, I already have my suit. Let's just head to your house now." Peter says. I nod and start to lead the way home.

Once we walk through the door I go to my room to change.

The best thing about this suit is that it has a built in bra and underwear. You can just take them out when needed to be washed and pop them back into place when done. Pretty cool, right?

I walk out of my room and see Peter and Miles all suited up. I never really had a good look at Peter in his suit until now. His body looks great in it, kind of attractive. "Ready?" Miles asked.

"Yeah." I say walking up to the door and opening it. "Let's go."

"You don't want to go out the back window? Someone could see you in the suit." Peter says grabbing my wrist and pulling me back.

"No one can see my face." I say. He cocks his head to the side.

"People know where you live." He states in a matter of fact tone.

I shrug and open my door.

"Ok," he says letting go of my wrist. "let's go out the normal way." He says sarcastically and I let out a quick laugh.

I shut the door when everyone is out. "You lead the way, Spider Man." Miles says.

Peter shoots a web and swings away. We follow behind him going at a lower pace. I'm still scared that I might fall, because you know, it's me.

"Becky shuffle 'Tiktok songs'." I say. I made like 10 playlists last night for every mood i've ever felt and genres. Tony gave us free Apple Music so I took advantage of it and went on a song spree.
