Here's this chapter! It's a little short tho... sorry!

"I'm Kim Taehyung, Jimin's boyfriend."

Both Jungkook and Jackson froze upon hearing that through the cracked door of the roof. They managed to find the group after questioning a few other students, and they may have just traumatized a couple first years with how angry they sounded. (Rip)

To look at the two guys now, mutual horror, rage, and frustration passing across their facial features. So Jimin was taken already?

Jackson looked like he was going to burst out the door, but hearing the laughter and pure happiness on the other side... he couldn't find it in himself to show his face and make Jimin suffer again... he wouldn't. Never again.

So he turned away, gave one last glare at Jungkook, and began walking down the stairs.

Kook was ready to follow him until he heard the loud exclamation that lifted the weight straight off his chest.

"YAH! ADD A SPACE BETWEEN BOY AND FRIEND KID! YOU AINT OUT OF THE FRIEND ZONE JUST YET!"

He didn't know, but he was smiling. The biggest bunny tooth smile ever. He hadn't smiled in two years... but he might have a chance with Jimin again.

Suddenly he remembered the incident in the classroom, how Kim Taehyung treated him after knowing his name... how the teacher had randomly snapped a whole fucking expo marker in half after he revealed his name.

Jimin probably told them. Everything.

So Jungkook went back down the stairs. New determination filling his mind and chest. He made a quick mental list of what's keeping him from his love.

1. The Jimin protection squad... he wouldn't be able to take on three guys and two teachers in a fight if it came to it.
2. Taehyung... he must obviously like Jimin, but he wasn't completely sure if Jimin liked him back at all... he called him handsome...

Rage boiled up inside his gut when he remembered that fact. Was this jealousy? He didn't like it...

3. Jackson Wang. He's just a million problems in one.
4. Wining Jimin over in the first place.
5. Jungkook. He needs to change himself. For Jimin.

The last one came out of nowhere, it was the first time he thought of that.

He put himself in Jimin's shoes. An orphan who must have lived a tough life from the start, living with... ew, Jackson. (Jk we love Jackson)

Making it to high school and falling in love with the popular, idiot of a football captain. And the Jungkook falling for him too...

Only to be crushed when Jungkook lied and even slapped him in front of other students. Living his first year in constant fear of his next beating or to have things thrown at him.

It was all Jungkook's fault.

Jimin was ready, he was strong and would be able to handle the discrimination. But Jungkook wasn't, so he turned on him.
It was like a draw bridge, one side can do down, but if the other doesn't, the love won't be able to cross.

It'll just fall into the endless abyss below. Growing colder and colder.

So yes, Jungkook needs to change. He isn't sure how to do it, but he knows he has to. Moving in his own self hate isn't enough. Starting today he's going to be better.
