chapter ten

  Moving on we saw people in funny costumes, one in a bear, one in a sandwich, very funny I think, the way they danced made me smile, I think they were advertising clubs and societies for the school's talent show, I already made up my mind, I wasn't going to take part in the show this year or ever, yeah boring boy you might say, but I like to keep my key low, best even now that am turning into, what will I say, beast??...I quickly shook off the thoughts.

    Rahu had left my side, I scanned the compound thoroughly, then I saw him with a group, am not sure I know who they were but I think they should be the school's science team which rahu was part.

    I quickly walked towards the hallway, then to mare
ocker, I pulled out some books from my bag pack and emptied them in my locker, it seemed there will not be classes till after.

   Just as I was about to close the locker a paper slipped out, I stared at it for awhile, the paper was different as if cut out from an old magazine, what could this be I thought, I then closed my locker, looked round before I picked the paper, it was a writing I had not seen before, written with in red ink
       I know who you really are!

The paper feel off, I looked around again,and again, visions of my last dream came rushing fast, I felt my head spinning, I held my locker hard, I started hearing voices, faint voices
    "Who really are you??" One asked,
  "A chaldin??, you can't take it" another said.

    I opened my eyes slowly, rays of light got into my eyes, I managed to open them completely, I saw a lady in white, she was the nurse
     "Ma'am he's awake", that was rahu's voice, he was also there, another person was also there, it was her, " chatter!" I screamed and got up angrily, there was surprise on everyone's face.

    "Calm down" the nurse said patting me, " you just had a minor seizure, you'll be fine". That was it, being a chaldin was difficult, the roars, the seizures, that was it, I closed my eyes tight, someone touched me, it wasn't rahu, it was, I opened my eyes, it was her!

     She was in my horrible dreams, she didn't seem harmful in my dreams, but she was still part of it, I tried to calm myself as she stroked my hair
    " you"ll be fine".

Once I was  alone in the room with rahu I specifically told him to get the paper by my locker. He did get it, and I kept it with me.
   

  The rest of the day at school went by with me not attending any class else karate which was the last class for the day, the nurse let me go when I told her I was fine, I was glad no one informed my mum, I would rather we be emotional at home than make a scene in front if the whole school, not that I had a reputation to keep but I also did not sit at the friend's zone at lunch.

I found chatter at karate class, I also found out her name was sheen, weirdly she had an English name, I didn't know what it meant but I could tell it was English.
    She moved around with a guy, maybe a friend, i had seen him before, he was kind of my competition in class, she was also good, but I had never seen sheen in karate class, never! but today I see her mostly doing well.
    Mr Bulus ended the class by splitting us in groups,
  "Toli and kem fights Oahu and jemm, Zenn and Amal fights sheen and tobis...." That was it, the weirdest grouping ever. The bell went off.
   "Talk with your partners, schedule your practice time, you will never know when a test will come up" Mr Bulus said as he left the school's dojo.

I looked around for Zenn, she was with a group of three, The few dollar nation that were in my grade. Almost everyone was getting to know their partners,
I kept  staring at her until she started walking towards me, before I knew it,
      "Hey! You must be Amal"

   he said, smiling excitedly, she was indeed beautiful, she had a green eyes, I had never noticed as we haven't been this close, her blonde long hair which she weaved lightly made get look more exceptional, then her scent took me completely nuts, I ogled at her lips, she was speaking
  "Right?" I heard her say, "yeah" I replied, not too sure what she said.

    "OK then, that's great, I think we are going to end up being the best team" she said still giving the smile, she held my hands and began pulling me to her friends, I couldn't believe this, then I noticed Sheen's frowned face, her eyes was bloodshot, she immediately smiled as she noticed me looking, she said some words to me which I read by her lips movements
          "Am jealous" I read.

Toli came by and pulled sheen by her hand and they left dojo.
