I slept in Mama room again , Mama was on the right side of the bed , Lilo was in the middle and I was on the left side . I kept waking up late lastnight with Lilo all up on me . I just pushed her off because I needed some space . It was 3:01 am . I had no reason why Larry woke me up this early . Mama woke up too because she said she wanted to see her granddaughter before she leave again . So she's up cooking while I asked to stay in bed for Five more minutes . I didn't want to get out the bed , it was so cold I just wanted to stay underneath the warm covers .

" Only five more minutes Lea , I'm not playing this time ". Larry said speaking fast in french . He took my suitcase , bag , and pink ugg boots . But I stopped him .

" No leave my bag , I got to brush my teeth and wash my face ". I told him in a raspy morning voice .

I rubbed my eyes and yawned getting comfortable under the covers .

" Three minutes Lea tik tok ". He says walking out of the room . I nodded but that's until I realized what he had said . My eyes widened and I furiously yelled at him in french .

" That's not fair , you were talking to me so I couldn't get no sleep . . . that don't count Larry ". I heard his laugh echo throughout the house , I sighed loudly pulling the covers up to my face . Three more minutes my butt . I was going to sleep for 5 minutes whether he likes it or not .

I fell asleep in quietness and happiness that I've received my 5 more minutes nap 3 times this morning .

 

  I woke with loudness and a earthquake it felt like . But when I woke up and saw what it was I layed back down too tired to do anything or say anything .

" Leala ! I missed you girl ". The voice sounded familiar and I instantly knew it was my 14 year old cousin Mone't . She jumped on me kissing my cheek and hugging me . That's when everyone decided to jump on me and hug me .

" Wassup jungle bungle , how's America . . are you still going to teach me Americ- I mean English ". I laughed at my nine year old cousin Lewis . He calls me jungle bungle because my hair was always in an curly afro . Lewis even tried to get his quarter stuck in my hair so he could tell everyone my hair was really a jungle .

" Yes Lewis , now can yall get off of me ? ". I asked quickly so they could hurry up and get off of me . They jumped down off the bed and I did the same .

I looked into my bag to grab my toothbrush . Once I got it , I had went into the bathroom with Lewis , Mone't , and my four other cousins followed me .

" Yeah brush yo' teeth ". I swear Lewis thinks he's all bad and tough but he's really not .

After I finished brushing my teeth I left out the bathroom with them following me all the way down to the living room .

" You'll wake up when your cousins here but won't wake up when I ask you nicely ". Larry said digging into his food . I covered my eyes because he had the nerve to chew with his mouth open .

" Awh my baby leaving me , I'm going to miss you . . . when are you coming back to see me ". Mama asked hugging up on me , she just couldn't let go of me and kissing me . I patted her back because she was only like two inches taller than me .
