The Dragon Shifters

I was the first person to arrive in my next class, shifting class, it was a large circular classroom it had a really high glass roof I didn't mind being the first person there it meant I got to pick my seat soon students started to file into the large classroom the teacher walks in she is a middle aged woman with long auburn hair that's starting to turn gray but her eyes still sparkle brightly,like she was amused, in an emerald color.

"alright class listen up" she addresses us then once we are quiet she continues "I an professor Kennedy and this is shifting class where you will learn to shift into your dragon form and control it" her gaze sweeps across the class analysing each of us.

"alright any questions" no hands went up "okay everyone line up" we all scramble into line except Mackenzie Starling she was the schools most popular girl and her parents were well known around the dragon shifter community and, as always, she takes the front of the line "I want you to one at a time shift into your dragon form so I can see how well you shift" Mackenzie stepped forward and shifted leaping forwards gracefully now fully in her dragon form, she was pure gold with silver scales around her forehead, the scales around a dragons forehead are called crown scales, the teacher nodded and Mackenzie changed back looking unhappy that yt? the teacher didn't look impressed with her dragon.

next was a small nervous looking red headed boy with a Dragon as red as his hair and Forrest green crown scales then a tall girl with shoulder length jet black hair her dragon was snow white and her crown scales were black like her hair I was next I stepped up and leapt forwards shifting while I was in mid air my dragon was sapphire blue with gold crown scales and the edges of my scales were gold also Professor Kennedy nodded at me and I shifted back and crossed over to the other Side of the room with the other people who had finished showing their dragon forms

just as the last person finnished, a small girl with long light blond hair and a small sandy colored dragon with pale green crown scales, the bell rang and everyone hurried off to their next classes .

I reached my next class when I pushed the door open I smiled as I took in the room knowing instantly what class it was, my favorite class battle class I was best at it the class was large with a red circle in the middle and benches surrounding the circle I walked in and sat on the bottom.m bench closest to the circle the class slowly filed in and the small girl from shifting class came in and say next to me.

once everyone came in a tall man with broad shoulders and black hair came in, I instantly stiffened he looked just like the man from my nightmares.
