My butt hurts, my legs hurt, my hands hurt and now she has to make my ears hurt too? It's not like I wanted to fell on her. If I could choose, I would definitely not pick someone as painfully as her. The impact was more painful than falling on a rock.

". . . no manners? I requested to see Maxwell and Maxwell alone. Is that too much to ask for? Some privacy would be nice. . .", What's her problem? I am the one who fell from the tree and now I get to hear her complaining too? Great." . . .Are you even listening to me?"

"Nope. Not at all"

"Excuse me for a second", Said El as she walked away. Right when she turned around we heard an agonizing scream and then she came back with a terrible she smile and a murderous look. "Why are you here?"

"I could ask the very same thing for the mustache guy 'hiding' behind that bush over there", I pointed the oversized pile of leaves, sticks, and hair behind her.

" Oh my God, Sebastian what are you doing?", Yeah, act like you didn't know he was there. It's very convincing. I am very convinced. Sebastian's head appeared on the tip of the pile. His mustache was filled with sticks but other than that he was fine.

"I am sorry to invade your privacy, miss", El pinched the upper part of her nose and let out a tired sigh.

" Would you mind explaining your self?",  Sebastian shot a flaring gaze over me and Max.

"I was unable to think of this strays as possible subjects to interact with in a civilized conversation. It would be inappropriate of me to leave you with such . . . company", I wanted to plant my fist on his face. No, no, that wouldn't be enough. Perhaps if I added some broken bones and a shaved mustache in the mix. . .

"These boys are here by my request. I ask of you to respect my judgment on this matter and let me handle this situation. Alone. As for their company, I think of it as highly entertaining"

"Miss, he fell off a tree-"

"Do not interrupt me again, Sebastian. You violated direct orders and eavesdropped in a private conversation. As for the fell off a tree part, I give you my permission to hit him in my presence only once. It shall not be a strong strike. Just a reminder of my position in this situation"

Sebastian's eyes craved murder as they locked on me. He stood up and leaves fell off him. He was as tall as I remember him. He stood above me, cornering me and gave me a 'kind' smile. It was a very tempting invitation for my foot.

Right when I was about to say something I would probably regret later, Max pushed us away from each other and got between us. "No one is going to do anything to anybody. El, you can't just order someone to harm my brother. And Mercury, please don't", I was focused on Sebastian, testing whether reaping apart someone with the eyes is a possibility. Turns out it wasn't. Max turned to El and I got the chance to growl at Sebastian which resulted to a very satisfying grimace of disgust. "We aren't the only ones here that didn't keep their word. Sebastian himself is proof of that"

"Don't you dare imply that miss El didn't keep her word!"

"Intentionally or not, I don't care. The point is that it happened"

"Why you-", Sebastian was probably thinking how he would get away with murdering his lady's 'friend' and I was probably how I would get away with dumping a body in the river.
