It was now Adrien's turn. He threw himself aside, trying to avoid the akuma. Hawk Moth stood there, happy with his self. The akuma was inching closer, almost touching Adrien (note he is still Chat Noir, im just too lazy to fix it, Hawk Moth does not know who he is) He inched back, with all the strength he had left of him. The moment was tight, his life was on the line, as well as everyone in Paris. Solitude would be raining down on the city, soon to be an ally to himself. As Hawk Moth grew closer, the Akuma made it's way, leaving the boy terrified of what was to come next. The boy grew scared of what would come, Adrien didn't even realize it, he left himself vulnerable to Hawk Moth.

"You're scared.. I can take that fear and turn it into confidence. Let me help you." Hawk Moth kept creeping into Adrien's head, twisting his thoughts and turning his own mind to his. For a second, Adrien forgot about everything. His mind only held one image, his mother. The moments of him and his mother. how if he helped hawk moth, could his mother come back? Could he have that happiness he felt as a child? Right now, he couldn't think, he couldn't shake the thought of that happiness. He loved it. He loved this feeling he got. And he didn't want to leave it. Hawk Moth saw his chance, the akuma landed.

Marinette limped as fast as she could, before falling limp at the door. Master Fu opened the door with Wayzz by his side, a look of concern on both their faces. "M-Master- help.." Marinette managed to get those single two words out before going black. For what it seemed as days and even weeks, Marinette fell into a sleep like state, falling endlessly into darkness and eventually landing on a plain black floor. Looking around for any kind of light, Marinette saw something. Or somebody. She walked carefully straight ahead and finally reached what was in front of her, making her stop dead in her tracks.

Adrien.

She saw Adrien, in flesh and blood, cowering in a corner. Pride, gone and fear awoken. She could see he was scared, but didn't show signs of distress or even acknowledging she was there. "Adrien?" At this point he was muttering what seemed like nonsense.

"Haw- hell.. sc-scared, ca-cat help.. I-i have to help!" He jolted up, running away from Marinette as she followed closely behind. "Adrien? Adrien! Let me help you!" The boy kept running till he stopped. He turned to Marinette, grabbing her shoulders and shaking her wildly "GET ME OUT OF HERE HELP THEM HELP ME SAVE ME I HAVE TO HELP"

"Adrien-  why? What are you talking about?!" The boy continued on his tangent, muttering about and walking around in this endless darkness of Marinettes head. She didn't understand what this place was, nor did she realize she had fallen into a sleep deeper then normal laying to rest sleep. She was confused of all the events happening, didn't want to leave Adrien either. Marinette stayed there, chasing Adrien and trying to help yet she didn't get any response to her question.

And as she got closer to him, the more she got frightened. What had happened to him? What had happened to her?

She couldn't answer the question as she was feet away from him.

Soon to be inches.

And there she was, right behind the teenage boy who was now standing still. He slowly turned to face her and revealed the truth to what had happened and Marinette realized quickly what had happened to him.

He turned around, revealing a face of terror, half of his face was covered with a mask, as white as can be. The other half, was normal, his face stared back at Marinette. she looked deeply into his eyes as they slowly turned to blue. She watched him be taken over by white. The white light disappeared and Marinette could not see Adrien anymore. The new Adrien stood up still, his hands off his head and down straight by his side. Marinette looked into a face she hasn't seen before.

She looked into a face of blank expression, and the new figure slowly raised his head to match hers. He smiled, and flicked Marinette.

Marinette popped up into darkness, only a single candle lit and Master Fu behind the candle. He indicated to her to be quiet, with a single finger. Above her were sounds like crashes and bangs. She began to get up, when there was a bang at the door, which stopped her right in her tracks.

"Come out Master, you have to be here somewhere." Marinette began to think who this was, and recognized the voice of the person behind that door. Chat! She was sure of it! Maybe if she were to open the door and let him in.. "Master!" A call from outside came, "Won't you open the door for a stray?" Marinette opened her eyes wide, and looked back towards Master Fu and Wayzz, they shook their heads and Marinette backed up to them.

If she couldn't say the words, she couldn't transform. If she opened her mouth, they would get caught.

She still didn't understand what exactly was happening. More bangs came from outside, until it stopped and footprints grew faint as the figure walked away from the door.

"Marinette," Master Fu whispered to the girl, "Come out here" She followed him out through the window, as they stepped onto the roof of the building. "Marinette, something terrible has happened" she finished getting onto the roof as she began to speak, "What is-" her eyes opened wider than before, and she was in shock. All around her, Paris had been in ruins. Eiffel Tower, down. Buildings, covered in water.

The whole city was submerged and people were seen on the roofs as a faint call was heard.

"If anyone thinks they can out stand me, you're in for a big run. Solitude, you know what to do." As soon as that was said, two figures had popped up. One with a great baton, and the other with a great staff. The one with the staff had raised it high, he began to be lifted off the ground and yelled "Trapped in thirds!" And a single ball of energy was released, and shot down into a roof with survivors on it trapping them in a black like substance.

Marinette stood in aw. What would she do? Was there something she could do?

Who was she fighting, and who were her enemies? She had too many questions and too little time to find the answers.
