Chapter 18

*Chris' P.O.V*

Not long after she left the sheriff woke up. "Dad, Dad are you okay?" Stiles rushed over to his dad's bed. "Yeah I'm fine." I raised my eyebrows. "You sure? You look pretty rough." He really did. He was covered in bruises and scratches all over. He had a huge gash on the side of his head too. "I'm fine really." He insisted. I raised my hands in surrender. "So Dad what happened? Stiles asked cautiously. His dad paled. "They were so fast, so strong." Stiles and I looked at wach other. "Who was sir?" He turned to look at me. "The men in the woods. We got a call about a distirbance and I went to check it out. The woman she was pinned to the tree. He threw me back. His teeth. He had long sharp teeth. So many teeth." He looked terrified. It sounded very familier. "Shit." I grabbed my phone and rushed out of the room. I put the phone to my ear. "Hey this is Dean's other other phone leave a message." Shit no dice. "Hey, what's wrong?" Stiles asked closing the door behind him. "I think I know what is happening. But I pray I'm wrong." I explained. He gave me a confused look but before I could explain my phone rang. "Yeah?" I asked. "Hey, sorry Dean is busy what's up?" Sam asked. I explained what the Sherriff had told us. "That sounds just like-"

"Vampires." I finished. I looked over at Stiles who was obviously trying to listen in. His eyes widened in shock and on question. "Chris, were coming up there." Sam said. "No Sammy, we can handle it." I argued. Stiles started to shake his head franticly. "No,Chris. It's not safe." I let out a frustrated sigh. "Fine. But I'm still doing the research and looking into it." I quickly hung up before he could reply.
