Chapter 15

CHAEYOUNG'S POV

I just have to wait for the signal.

When Jeongyeon will fall, I'll go and help him stand up. Then Mina will recognize me and begin a conversation with me. Wish me luck.

I was staring at Jeongyeon and Mina when someone appeared behind Mina, apparently it was Nayeon and... Who's him? He's tall as fuck.

He walked to Mina and slided a hand on Mina's hips. What the fuck?
The last time I checked Mina was single.

I forgot about Jeongyeon and noticed him right before he pretended to fall. What should I do now? Go there, help him and then? I can't talk to her in front that giraffe beside her.

So I just stayed still, trying to process what happened.

JEONGYEON'S POV

'Are you telling me that I just slapped my fucking butt on the ground just to see you there looking at me not even moving a finger??'
I mentally cursed at Chaeyoung. Didn't he listen to me?

I was trying to get up by myself when a hand tapped my shoulder.

"Hey there. Want me to help you get up?" I heard a chuckle.

Don't tell me... It's Nayeon... I slowly closed my eyes as I was trying to calm myself.

How am I going to face her after what happened at the hospital?

Wait. Never mind. Luckly I'm wearing this costume. She will not recognize me, at least if I don't start to speak. I better shut my mouth.

"You're not answering, I bet you're mute. I'll still help you eheh." She laughed showing her bunny theet.

"It must be really hot inside of that costume. What about you take a break? I can buy you something to drink, if you want to."
When did she became so kind? Am I missing something or what? I wasn't expecting her to be so caring.

I quickly shook my head and accept her help, grabbing her hand.
I wasn't even touching her skin, I touched the costume, but yet... I could feel her hand around mine. Her hand size was so big and comfortable.

As I stood up properly I noticed her staring at my eyes.
No wait, let me correct myself.
She was staring at the teddy bear's eyes, she doesn't know that under this costume there's a sweating Jeongyeon.

"I'm leaving now. It was a pleasure little bear." She bowed. "See you around." She was walking away when I ran to her and held her wrist.

She looked at me with a questioning expression.

And now what? I didn't know what to do. My feet moved by their own.

I was panicking when I remembered about the flyers in the pocket of the costume.
I quickly inserted my hand in my pocket and handed her one flyer.

"Oh, thank you. I'll come to this shop and visit you, I'll help you whenever you fall on the ground." She lastly said smiling warmly and made her way to Mina and that long ass legs dude.
