You were woken up by your friend who could not handle your silence anymore. You had gone home and gone to bed without telling her how the fan meeting was and she was just so damn curious it made you want to keep her curious for a while longer. Of course you didn't expect her to go to your room and wake you up. – What the hell??? – You grunted and tossed a pillow in her direction. – Why don't you let me sleeeeep? – You asked like a little kitty cat, making her laugh at you. "Because you didn't tell me anything and I want to knooow." She threw the pillow back at you, hitting you in the back of the head, making you fall face first on the mattress. – Ouch. – You said, making a face and smiling a little. You understood her curiosity, she was happy for you that you have met them and, of course, she knew how you felt about Yoongi since the year before. It was actually her that always said it was some kind of destiny that you two deserved each other and stuff like that. But you were skeptical and didn't believe those things, saying she was a very mean person for saying all of that and worsening your delusion. "Get up from that bed and come to the kitchen to tell me everything. You have five minutes or I'll come back and scream in your ears." She said, laughing while she left the room. You agree silently, moving slowly out of bed and into the bathroom for your morning routine. Your phone had been charging since you got home and there were some texts you had to reply to, like to your parents, and there were other you would just ignore until Monday, like the Korean class group – thank god for the mute option on whatsapp.

You scrolled through Tumblr while brushing your teeth, like you always did, reading the BTS tag and seeing the pictures the other people took from them. Suddenly you saw one of you and paused, spitting the toothpaste and rinsing. It was really you, on someone else's blog, and they were talking about your speech and how that was really brave and beautiful. You felt honored, but also very shy. You liked the picture, reblogged without any captions and continued your scrolling as usual. You liked many pictures of Yoongi, as always, smiling stupidly to yourself before shaking your head out of that delusional state and leaving the bathroom, phone in hand, and heading to the kitchen. – Okay, - You started before sitting across from her on the small table. – What do you want to know? – She opened her mouth but before she could say anything, you said: you can't say 'everything'. Be specific. – She made a pout but agreed, smiling while she thought of what she wanted to ask. You poured yourself some milk while waiting. "Oh, I know!" She said not long after. "Did they like your brownies? How did they react from your speech? You did the speech, right?" You nodded. "Good. That was a good speech." You smiled, but you were still waiting. You knew she was going to ask about Yoongi eventually. "How was it when you got to your future husband?" You rolled your eyes and took a sip of milk just to hide your little smile. You knew she was crazy for saying that but you smiled anyway. – Well, - You started. – I didn't see them eating the brownies, but they seemed to love getting it as a gift. – She smiled and adjusted herself on the chair, getting closer to the table so she could support her elbows there and hold her head to listen to your answers. – They... They liked my speech. I think Jimin and JK cried a little, Jin and Taehyung were so lovely by making hearts with their hands, Namjoon were like a proud mom watching a school play, seriously, - You laughed a little, making her laugh too. – Hoseok just smiled, like, a lot. And Yoongi... - You sighed a little when you said his name, remembering you were face to face with that man just the day before. – Yoongi just... He smiled a little. You know that shy smile he has? Like he is happy but it's not the gummy smile, it's more like the little smile with the sparkly eyes. – She was looking at you like you were describing the sky on a summer's day and you might as well be because he made you feel very creative somehow. – Jimin thanked me and we just kinda held hands for ten minutes before started talking. It was so sweet, he's just an angel. – You smiled, remembering fondly of every single interaction you had with them.

You were daydreaming at this point, but since it were memories it could be qualified as remembering. The day before was etched in your mind like the tattoos in your body. "Jay?" She asked, making you come back to Earth and look at her. "What about the letters?" She asked again, laughing at your spaced out face. – Oh, - you said – I don't know. They didn't read it then. – You shrugged slightly. – I think they won't even read it, F/N. – You took another sip of your milk, looking down. – They had so many gifs and letters.. Not to mention the ones BigHit receives for them. They don't have time to read my badly written letter. – She rolled her eyes at you, getting her phone and texting someone. "I'll find out." She didn't notice when she said that, you thought, and it took her a while to realize what she had just said. – How exactlyare you going to find that out, F/N? – You asked, lifting one of your eyebrows at her, smiling crookedly like you just caught her in a lie. She sighed, hitting herself in the forehead. "Okay, I'll tell you. I shouldn't because I promised, but you won't tell anyone. Right?" You rolled your eyes. – Of course I won't, dummy. – She smiled and held one of your hands with her own. "Remember when I went to my fan meeting? You had said to me that you were going to put your phone number on Yoongi's letter, in case he liked you. Remember?" You nodded, already seeing where this was going, but waiting to see it you were right. "So I did the same thing and a few days after I got a message from an unknown number and.." She started to smile so much that you just had to laugh at her. – Who was it? – You asked, smiling with her. "I couldn't even believe it. At first I thought it was a lie, but one night he videocalled me and I was just so dumb folded that I hung up on him!" Who was it? – You asked again, a little more impatient than before. "Can you wait? Thanks." You laughed a little, shaking your head and watching her tell her story. "So after that we started talking almost everyday and... And now I kind of have a way of knowing if they liked your brownies and your letters." You lifted your eyebrow again, looking her in the eyes before asking again: - For the last time, who was it? – She screeched a little, showing you her cellphone on an open conversation and you just had to laugh at it. – Jungkook? Really? – She smiled, screeching again. – I'm happy for you. So... Did they like my brownies? Read my letters? – She got her phone back, writing something and putting the phone down. "Let's find out." She said. You felt your heart sink. You couldn't expect this, not even in your wildest fantasies – and you've had them.

The dorm you guys shared felt cold all of the sudden. All of the sound seemed to disappear and you could only listen to the beating of your own heart, very loudly in your ears. Time appeared to have stopped cold and you felt so thirsty from one second to another that you could have drunk all the water in the world and still feel parched. When her cellphone vibrated it made you jump out of your seat. Before she said the guy she was texting was Jungkook you were fine. You couldn't know, not for sure, if they had hated your style, or if they thought your brownies were too sweet, or even if you had a difficult-to-read handwriting. But now you couldknow those things and you were scared out of your mind about what they thought about everything. "Do you want to know what they all said?" She asked and you started to shake your head, not being able to breathe. – I don't know if I want to know, F/N! – You put your forehead to the wall, feeling the cold that came with it, and tried to breathe a few times to calm yourself. HOW COULD SHE BE SO CALM ABOUT THIS? You really wanted to know. You were freaking out and you didn't even know what they had said. "Ok, Jay, breathe." You heard her say and you agreed, breathing slowly, trying to cool your cheeks one by one as you plastered them on the wall. You knew it was weird, you could just dab some water on yourself, but the walls were cool enough and they were close enough too so you just stayed there.

After about ten minutes you were feeling cool again, no more heavy breathing, no more feeling like your chest was going to burst, so you started talking again. - Ok, - You started to say, walking back to the chair and siting again. – what did they say? – You were nervous as hell; nothing in your life seemed to make you that nervous before, but you were strong enough to know that it would not change your life if they didn't like any of it. Or if they did. What happened to your friend was not going to happen to you. Lightning never stroked two times at the same place, you told yourself.

But you forgot that sometimes it did.

"Ok, so he said that Namjoon, Taehyung and Hoseok loved their letters and were trying to steal brownie pieces from the other members." She laughed a little and you did too, imagining them fighting over your simple brownies. It was unimaginable and yet it was happening somehow. "Jimin read your letter two times, cried once, and kept with all the things that he receives and just loves." You smiled thinking about Jimin, your possible best friend in a different life. He was such an amazing creature, you just wanted to laugh with him and enjoy like with him by your side. His energy was just so ethereal, he really could be an angel in disguise. "Jungkook ate all of the brownies in one bite. He knew the others would try to steal them away from him. He felt sad after because it was over." You laughed a little more about that. "He loved that you called him bunny at the end of the letter, by the way, he said it was a nice way to finish it. And considering how you two laughed like idiots at the meeting, he thought it was pretty fitting to the occasion." You shook your head, smiling. Jin and Yoongi were missing, and you knew too well that she was going to put Yoongi at the end just to make you more nervous. Or try to calm you, because knowing that they liked was, in fact, making you feel better. "Jin loved you. He was really worried about your laughing after his dad joke, but he said that the ones you put on the letter made him laugh just as much so you were even. He hid his brownies from the younger ones but eventually found a way to share with them all." Your smile was already impossible to leave your face, hearing that Jin found a way to share the remaining brownie pieces he had was just too sweet for you to handle. That boy was royalty, a real prince. "And Yoongi.." She started, looking at you and you just felt your heart skip a beat again. Everything felt so different at the mention of his name, like he could just transform the atmosphere without even being there. And he could. He definitely could. "He hid his brownies at the Genius Lab, didn't share with anyone, and JK said that he has seen your letter, opened, on his table." Your breathing was hard and erratic, you didn't know if that was it, but it felt like it was and that made you feel so much more nervous than knowing if he liked it or not, that you just hid your face in your hands, waiting for your friend to finish her sentence. "He also said that he saw Yoongi save your number on his phone and almost text you a few times." You put down your head, letting your forehead find the table. He didn't text you tho. He may have thought about it, but he didn't. "JK said that all the guys think the same thing that I do, you know?" You lifted your head a little to look at her. "You two are too much alike, meant for each other." You put your head back down, feeling defeated. The boys loved everything, he had saved your contact and all of that should be a win for you. You should be happy and screaming that they loved it. But all you could think about was why hadn't he texted you?
