Yoongi did call you that night. And every night that week, too. You talked on the phone for hours, sometimes not even saying anything, just listening to him work and sometimes hearing him ask if you were still awake, which you always were, just listening to him breathe on the other side of the line. One night you two switched to videocalls, because he felt he'd like to see you while he worked and you were okay with that; you were reading a book, looking at him, sometimes just doing some writing in Korean so you were still practicing while on vacation. Both looking at the screen time and time again to smile a little and continue working. You kept telling him to drink some water, to eat something, to stretch his legs every few hours and he did the same to you. In one of those times where he had to stretch his legs you saw him walk around the studio looking at you.

JAY: You okay there Yoongs?
YG: Uhm? Yeah, yeah, ok.
JAY: Yoongi?
YG: Yeah, I'm fine. I was just thinking of something.
JAY: Wanna share?
YG: I have a day off tomorrow, maybe you want to come here? Or go somewhere, I don't know.
JAY: Are you asking me on a date, Min Yoongi?
YG: Maybe, if you're gonna say yes.
JAY: I don't know, there are a few offers of dates on the table right now... It would be hard to squeeze you in last minute like that.
YG: Very funny.
JAY: Of course I'll say yes, sugar.
YG: Ok.
JAY: That's what was bothering you? If I was gonna say yes or not?
YG: A little, yeah.

You smiled, shaking your head, and both of you just went back to what you were doing; he went back to his desk, writing, typing and messing around with something on the computer while you completed a crossword puzzle book you bought to practice Korean. It was starting to be something you did everyday, not missing a day, and you began to feel like your day wasn't really over until you got that silent time with Yoongi on the other side of the video chat window. Strangely enough, he appeared to feel the same.

YG: Jay?

He called you but you were laying down on the bed, phone adjusted to fit between your body and the second pillow so as to not fall over, and he could see you weren't responding. He stopped what he was doing and pulled the phone so he could get a closer look at your sleeping face. He screenshot it and kept looking at it, putting the phone back on the stand and continuing to work while you slept. When you woke up, suddenly, in the middle of the night and looked at your phone, you did the same thing as he had. He didn't turn off the videocall when he stopped working and went to bed, no, he just let it go until it disconnected on its own, falling asleep with you by his side. You took a screenshot of his sleeping face and got back to sleeping, not turning it off either.

When the morning came and the light invaded your room enough to make you open your eyes, you saw the call had been disconnected. You texted a quick good morning to him and went off to start your daily routine before the car would be there to pick you up. Actually, as you discovered that morning, Jungkook was coming over to your house since you were going to see Yoongi and they were all having a day off. Jimin was sad he wasn't going to spend the day with you but he had a few errands he had to run but he made you promise that you'd go out with him the next day off of his. You were ready to go out when your friend stopped you, hugging you. "I'm nervous." You hugged her back and smiled. – It's gonna be fine. I'm sure he won't do anything you don't want him to. – She smiled and then laughed, making you roll your eyes. You knew exactly what she wanted him to do. – You're filthy, seriously. – You both laughed and she smiled, going downstairs with you to wait for the car. Jungkook came out of it, hugging you before you got in the vehicle and he got to hug his girlfriend and go inside with her. You kept thinking that you hoped she had protection. The car wasn't too fast, but your anxious being was feeling like it wasn't fast enough at the same time as it was completely way too fast. Somehow the idea of hanging out with Yoongi and going on a date with him were two different things; even if in reality they were one and the same. You didn't know if you had to make any kind of plans, or if he did, but you were nervous when the car pulled up at the building and Yoongi was waiting for you outside, all covered from head to toe and using the black mask on his face. He didn't have a trace of makeup on him, which you found refreshing and actually preferred him like that. "Good morning." His voice was a little rusky, like he had just woken up, and you wanted him to go back to bed immediately. You smiled as you got your hand held by his, that thanked the driver and began to take you inside. – Did you sleep at all? – You were curious, of course, but still very concerned. He just shrugged, half expecting you to let it go and half knowing you wouldn't, and led you through the hallways and stairs until you were at the dorms. It was pretty much empty, except for Jin who stayed behind and Taehyung who was playing videogames. – Hey guys. – They smiled and went to greet you but when they started to ask too many questions Yoongi just pulled you to him and made you two go into the bedroom. – That was rude, Yoongs. – He shrugged again, climbing in bed and patting the empty side of it for you to lay down on. "I didn't sleep well." It wasn't an excuse, you knew by now, but he was tired and didn't want to be without you on his day off which was sweet. – I'll just go say sorry to them and be right back, ok? – Your hand was held and he looked at you with pleading eyes. "I'll apologize later." You sighed, putting your jacket and your purse on a nearby chair and laying down beside him. "Thank you." He said, putting his head on your stomach and hugging you like that. You smiled because, let's face it what else could you do after that? Your hand going through his hair while he dozed off into slumber again. You were humming a song while you looked at him, sleeping so soundly. You couldn't help but laugh at yourself, also, because you were so nervous about this date that you didn't even think that it would be just like every other time between you two, just normal things, totally ordinary things. And that was the extraordinary thing about it, that the more ordinary you two were was what made you so perfect. Jin knocked two times before opening the door to the view of Yoongi sleeping hugging you and just smiled at you, that smiled back. "I bet he'll wake up refreshed after this." You smiled a little harder, looking down at him. – I just hope he can actually rest. – Jin smiled again, nodding. "He will." He made a sign saying he would cook something for you and Yoongi, for when he woke up, and you just said thank you and went back to humming the song and as time passed by you started to drift off too, sleeping with your hand on his hair and the other one on his arm that was hugging you.

It was afternoon when you woke up, feeling a little cold, only to realize the cold came from Yoongi not being there, hugged at your waist like he was before. – Yoongs? – You called, your voice a little rocky from not speaking for a long time. You ran your finger around your face, hiding a yawn while you opened your eyes and looked around. He wasn't there at all. Strange, you thought, sitting on the bed just as the door was opening again and Yoongi, holding a tray with two bowls, chopsticks and a plate of meat, came through it. "I was going to surprise you." He said, blushing a little. – You definitely did. – You stood up to help him with everything, holding the tray while he sat on the bed and handing it over to him when it was your turn to sit. He looked at you smiling. "Jin cooked the meat, I did the noodles." You smiled again, letting yourself go over to him to give him a kiss on the cheek. – Thank you, this is very sweet. – He smiled again, shrugging like it was nothing. – Seriously, it's amazing. I've never had anyone do this for me. – He held your hand, kissing it lightly. "Let's eat, ok? Then you can thank me later if you like the food." You laughed a little, shaking your head. You would like it, that was obvious, but you also seemed to think that maybe, just maybe, he was trying to make you forget the things people didn'tdo for you and focus on what he did. Everything was delicious and you couldn't believe anything tasted that good, but then again you and your friend didn't really cook a lot. Or that well. "Good?" He eventually asked, watching you eat happily. – Incredible. The best thing I've had in Korea, or ever. – He laughed and you guys went on to talk about all the best food you've had in your lives until you couldn't even think about eating a single bite anymore. – Okay, that was great but I can't eat anymore. – He laughed at you, getting ready to stand up and take things away when you got up first. – Like I'm going to let you take that back. I'll take it, you rest a little more. – He tried to start an argument but couldn't win because you were already out the door with the tray and all the dishes. You got lost a few times in the dorm, that's true, but eventually found your way to the kitchen. Taehyung was sleeping on the couch and Jin was nowhere to be found, just like the other boys who were out doing their things. You got back to the room where Yoongi was waiting for you under a blanket, smiling. "You don't mind, do you? That we stayed in, slept and did nothing?" He was worried, you could see it in his eyes and hear it in his tone. You shook your head, getting under the blanket and very close to him, hugging him just like he did to you, but with your head on his chest. – No. I'm loving it. – You said, smiling up at him, who smiled back at you. "I do intend to take you out sometime." You laughed a little. – Yoongs, it's fine. I like peace and quiet, and also crowded places and too much noise irritates me. I mean, I am interested in going to Busan, going to other places other then Seoul, but I really enjoy doing nothing except sleeping and eating. – He held you in his arms, sighing lightly. You stayed like that, in silence, both hearing the other one's breathing, until you fell asleep again.

Jimin was the one who woke you two up, saying something about being night time and if you were going to stay for dinner. That woke you up instantly and Yoongi also. – Oh my god! I need to go. – He wasn't happy that you said that, but he knew it was true. Jungkook was waiting for you to go home so he could take the car back, so you ran in the room getting your things, stopping just in front of Yoongi. – Thank you for today. Really. – He smiled a little, sad to see you go, and looked at the door where Jimin was. "Get out." He said, simply, and Jimin just closed the door laughing. You rolled your eyes, tired of saying that he was being ride to his friends for nothing, but this time you wouldn't complain. This time you were happy he was like that because he pulled you towards him, making your eyes meet fast and both smiles show up at the same time. "I'll call you later." He said, kissing your lips in a delicate manner before putting some effort and passion into it and taking your breath away. You sighed right after his lips were not on yours anymore, losing yourself in time and space for a moment, making him smile a little more. "Let's go, I'll take you to the car." He held your hand and led you through the halls, allowing you some time to say goodbye to the boys before getting your hand back and taking you downstairs. You didn't know if you wanted to say anything, and he didn't either, so you stood in silence, holding hands while the car arrived. He opened the door of the building and walked you out, opening the car door for you. "Tell me when you get in, ok?" You nodded, kissing his cheek again. – Good night Yoongi. – He smiled, closing the door after you got in the car and watching as you drove away. He didn't say it, and neither did you, but the words 'I miss you already' were scratching his throat ever since you said goodbye with that kiss.
