THOMAS' POV:

I wondered out of my bathroom just having had my bath i was meeting a girl today, it was technically our first date, but I've been chatting with her online for about six months and I was at last going to meet her for coffee, its not like either of us dont want to, we both wanted to for ages, but we work very much in the same business we consonantly work away from each other, Once i got dressed and sorted my self Out I locked up the house and wondered off into town with my headphones on Till Atlast I got to the coffee shop and I could see her sat at a table fiddling with her fingers so I went in and she smiled as she saw me getting up and giving me a hug I quickly hugged her too,

"Hey Y/n" I laugh but she pulled out of our hug and sat down so I got the other chair and sat across from her "Your Much Prettier in real life" I tell her and she blushed hard looking at the floor "You alright?" I ask her and she nods "Its just your not saying anything?" I laugh

"Oh sorry What did I miss?" A guy asked putting a coffee down in front of Y/n and sitting In the middle of us

"Uhhh Who are you?" I ask him a bit confused what the hell was going on Oh god...is this her boyfriend is this some wired sex thing? I then saw him sign something to her and she signed something else

"Ohh Okay, she didn't tell you because she was scared what you would think about the situation, she was has been made temporarily deaf because of a mistake at work" He explained and she signed

"Ohh, Y/n you didn't have to hide that from me, Its okay, How long have you been like this?" I ask her

"six weeks" He answers

"What happened?" I ask her

and she signed away for a moment

"she was on a tech run for a film, and someone prematurely set of an explosions, she is going to be like this for a few months now" he explained

"Aww poor you" I tell her as she began signing again

"she says It's not all bad, she's on paid leave till she's better, More time to spend with you" he explained as she took my hand across the table

"aww that's sweet y/n, honestly it doesn't bother me, I was just surprised you didn't tell me" I explain to her stroking my thumb across her hand, we sat talking for a while, well I was talking with this guy explaining to me everything she's saying till she went off to get another coffee

"Whoa...thank god I can give my hands a rest" He complained

"Yeah sorry, we do chat alot" i laugh

"Its fine, its more her then anything, By god, I'm going like crazy and Im Parafrazing what she's actually saying" he laughed "Technically I dont have to, she can read lips" he laughed

"she can....then, why are you here?" I ask him

"So you can understand what she's saying plus, she's not that good at reading lips, you dont really want to tell her you love her and she just reads it as you wanna fuck her" he explained

"Fair enough" I shrug sipping my coffee

"On that matter, she is a good friend of mine, what are your intentions with her?" he asked

"i really do like her" I smile just as she came back and we sat chatting for a little while she even moved over so she was a little closer to me

"Oh sorry got to take this" he said getting up and going outside to answer his phone It was kinda strange for it to be so quiet but she smiled moving around to be sat next to m and resting her head on my shoulder
