M e e t i n g
I was sleeping in my room when someone knocked on my door.
"Y/N darling it's time to wake up!"My mother yelled from the other side of the door.
"Just 5 more minutes..."I pleaded my mother to let me sleep but it didn't work.
The next next second I hear my door open and I get defensive.
"If you're trying to scare me its on working...I am becoming better at sensing people!"I yelled and closed my eyes,while I was focusing ony my surroundings to find where my mom was.
*crack*
"I KNEW IT!"I yelled and catched my mom's hand right before she could tickle me.
"Come on darling,just this once!" She waved her hand in front of my eyes but I could only feel the shadow move around.
"Mom,you seem to forget that I can't really see your fingers....I can only see the shadow moving." I said and got up from the bed.
I could sense my mother was feeling sad from the way she was moving around and her heartbeat increased and became louder enough for me to sense she was nervous.
"Y-yeah,you're right!But at least I know you're becoming better at adjusting to your senses and finding out where i am." I heard her giggle and leave the room.
I picked my stick and followed the sound my mother made so I could go in the kitchen.
She helped me take a sit down and then went to bring me a plate with food.
"Here you go!"My mother said and I bowed,"Thanks mother!"
I first looked down at the plate which was plitch black and then at my mother who I could hear her grin"Can you guess the food?"
"If I can guess the food?Are you serious,I smelled the pancakes from my room."I proudly said and grabbed a fork to eat.
My mother followed my movements and started eating with me.The room was silent and the only thing that could be heard was the forks hitting the plate and the sound of us chewing.
A few minutes passed and I decided to finally tell my mother something that has been bothering me the past few days.
"Hey mom,can I ask you a favour?" I asked and heard her fork being placed on the plate.
"Sure what is it,darling?"
"Could you take me to my audition today?"
"No y/n,you know I can't let's you do that!"She said and heard her stand up from her chair.
"B-but mom!"
"NO BUTS!I AM YOUR MOTHER AND YOU ARE GOING TO DO WHAT I TELL YOU OKAY?" She yelled at me and I felt the tears streaming down my face.
I forcefully hit the fork on the table and yelled"YOU ALWAYS ACT LIKE THIS!!!I HATE YOU!"
I grabbed my stick and run out of the house without letting my mother to speak.
I heard the laughs of a few people but I didn't mind,I was used to being judged after all.
I went to the nearest bench and sat down."Sigh...if only she didn't want to protect me that much!"
Don't get me wrong,I love my mother very much.
It was just after my car accident,she became more protective of me and I didn't like it.
Just because I was blind it didn't mean my life was over.
"Who's there?"I asked when I smelled an expensive perfume.
"Wow daebak!I got the chills!How did you know I was here?" The boy asked and I titled my head.
"Your perfume..."I said and sighed once again.
"May I ask what's bothering you?"
"It's just my mother, there is an audition that's happening today at bighit for new trainees and she doesn't let me go..."
"Maybe she has a reason for not letting you."He said and held my hand slightly,at first I resisted but I felt the need to hold someone and allowed it.
"If the reason she doesn't is because I'm blind,I don't care,do you know how hard it is for me to live after my accident?I try so hard to act like everything is fine but in reality I am just as hurt as everyone else!"I said crying.
"Aww it must been so hard for you!" The boy patted my head and let me stay there.
"If you need someone,I'm here." He said and I looked at him.
