The Medical team and the alpha team have been visiting Vancouver for the wedding of the two volunteers from the UN: Daniel and Ye-hwa, who have worked with them in during there stay in Uruk. During the last hours of the wedding reception there was a volcanic eruption and the hotel was severely damaged.
[Its not technically possible as there is not volcano near Vancouver]
Shi-jin's team and Mo-yeon's team helped in the evacuation, but the group was accompanied by a strange military lady who seemed to be a close friend of Shi-jin, Dae-yong and Myeong-ju, which spiked Mo-yeon's curiosity.
In the next episode the The mystery major turns out to an Indian Migrant lady named Muskan Mishra who was a previous rival and now a fellow of battalion member of Shi-jin and Dae-yong.
She proposes to drop them all to their hotels and they agree. All through the journey Mo-yeon ask questions about the Major and she answers them with the help of all other military persons there.
The episode ends with Major Muskan calling Dr.Mo-yeon's mother anonymously and threatening her. Making us suspicious of her behaviour.
In the 3rd episode Shi-jin and Mo-yeon surprise Dae-yong and Myeong-ju by a small celebration of the New Year. Later that day they meet Major Muskan and she gives them a tour of Vancouver. But all through the tour she seems affected by something. There are a few mentions of Major Muskan's elder sister and Dr.Mo-yeon is very curious about her as well.
When the reach her house late evening, she finds something very odd at her house.
In episode 4, the squad finds a teddy bear in Major Muskan's living room behind which the football captain of Korea Aadarsh Tiwari was hidden, who turns out to be the reason for Major Muskan's sad mood.
They exchange introduction and pleasantries. Soon Muskan receive a text from Daniel requesting them to join a party held because the reception was interrupted by the volcanic eruption.
Aadarsh offers to drop the two couples to there hotel, Mo-yeon uses this opportunity to gain more info on Major Muskan's elder sister: Colonel Khushi Mishra. And how her mysterious history.
At the end Aadarsh announces that Khushi is returning to Korea and the reason is not just a simple visit.
In episode 5, Aadarsh is spotted by the media which leads to both the couples and Aadarsh to run away in different directions. Mo-yeon asks her team about the request made by Major Muskan of taking them all to the venue of Daniel's party. And they agree. Also due to a slip up they come to know about the much concealed relationship of Aadarsh and Muskan and Mo-yeon ask them to keep it a secret.
Alpha team gets the news of Colonel Khushi's arrival and they confront Shi-jin on there next move. To which Shi-jin says they can just wait and watch.
Shi-jin challenges Aadarsh to take both the Haseung Hospital Medical team and Alpha team to Daniel's party in style. And Aadarsh accepts the challenge.
Dr.Mo-yeon search Colonel Khushi on internet and comes across another person Former Korean Football team Captain Lee Jong-Min who is rumored with Colonel Khushi Mishra.
Meanwhile Shi-jin reflects on the mysterious arrival of Colonel Khushi. The episodes end with Aadarsh surprising them with there mode of transport to Daniel's party.
