Summary: so it's basically the video above if you don't know what happened, Tom saved a fan from getting crushed by grown men and having a panic attack, (we Stan the wholesome bean that is Tom Holland) but in this imagine it's Tom's girlfriend (y/n) and it goes badly

New York City, you loved it here and hated it at the same time. The city was beautiful, but sometimes the people weren't the nicest, but you just learned to deal with it.

Soon for you, the city would seem brighter to you, your long distance boyfriend for 3 years, Tom was finally coming to New York for press for his new movie.

Your relationship was rather private, the world knew Tom was taken, but he never publicly said who, everyone assumed it was Zendaya, but he loved you and only you, you knew that and you loved him just as much maybe even more

You had decided to surprise Tom outside the Ed Sullivan theater, he was set to appear on the Late show with Steven Colbert, Tom almost always stops outside to say hi to fans and sign autographs.

You were just excited to see Tom, you missed him and you figured it'd be a great surprise. You had arrived outside, snuggled in Tom's hoodie that he had given to you during his last visit. It didn't smell like him anymore but it was warm and cozy so you didn't care.

After about an hour and a half of waiting Tom had arrived but so had a giant crowd of people, consisting mostly of grown men hunting down Tom's autograph.

When Tom approached the barricade you were suddenly crushed by the men surrounding you, shoving you against the barricade, your heart began pounding as you wrapped yourself around the barricade

"Shit shit shit." You muttered under your breath, closing your eyes praying for all this to be over soon

"I'm gonna throw your shit on the street if you keep pushing that girl." You heard Tom suddenly say, he had caught sight of the girl clutching the barricade for dear life and he knew we had to help

"I'm gonna have a panic attack." You whispered "hey hey it's okay I got you I got you." Tom said approaching you

"Can you back up?" He asked the men surrounding you. The men surrounding you began backing up slowly allowing you to breathe finally

"Hey miss are you al- y/n?" Tom asked going up to check on you

"H-hey." You muttered, looking up at him

"What are you doing here darling?" Tom asked searching your eyes

"I wanted to surprise you and then and of this happened an-" "y/n it's alright, I'm here now and I'm glad you came here in the first place, I missed you so fucking much." Tom said cupping your cheek

"I missed you more." You mumbled

"Come In with me?" Tom asked, "am I allowed?" You asked

"You're with me, you'll be fine." Tom said, you smiled and nodded as he walked you around the barricade ignoring the shocked faces of the crowd.

Once inside the theater, Tom introduced himself to Steven and then was escorted to his dressing room.

"Leave us alone for a little bit." Tom said to Harry, Harry nodded with a smirk and left

Once the door was shut fully Tom embraced you, "Are you alright love?" Tom asked petting your hair gently.

"I think so, I missed you so much." You mumbled, rest your head on tom's chest.

"I missed you too, I'm so sorry you went through all that shit out there." Tom whispered. "I'm here now, you're here now. So it's worth it..."

You two stayed in an embrace, enjoying the company of one another while hoping that it would last forever.
