Will Kihyun ever find the right moment to confess his feelings for Ava, who happens to be his best friend Changkyun's sister? Things start to fall in place and only get deeper from that point on.
"Ava, unlock the bathroom door...I didn't know your brother would bring his friends over when he randomly dropped by." Madison whispered against the door as Changkyun stood down the hallway near the living room, a sly smirk on his face as he raised an eyebrow.
"What's wrong sis, do you like someone here or what? Come visit us. I'm sure you look fine. Madison looks stunning as always." Changkyun checked out Madison as she only turned halfway around and he saw the smirk on her face.

As the door opened a slight bit, Madison backed up to let Ava walk out and her brother couldn't helped but clap and wolf whistle.

"Sibling approved! Where were you ladies going?” He asked as Ava gave him a quick hug.
"We were going to go out, but some of our friends bailed on us, so you guys caught us before we thought about changing out of these clothes." Ava mentions, distracted as she peeked around the corner to see her brother's friends sitting on the big couch and two recliners. Her breath caught as Kihyun looked over by chance and warmly grinned towards her as he silently put his hand over his heart and mimicked a fast beating heart beat.

Ava grabbed Madison by the arm and motioned for Changkyun to follow them.
"I swear if you embarrass me..either of you, you'll face my wrath." Ava hissed before waving at the boys.
"I see my brother has dragged you all over here, have y'all ate?" Ava inquired helpfully as Wonho and Minhyuk nodded yes.
"Yes Ava, but he said he was bored and you didn't answer your phone, so he decided to do a drop in. Do you mind if we hang out?" Minhyuk gave her puppy dog eyes and she couldn't help but grin.
"Yes Hyukie, Madi and I's plans went to heck. I know you guys can be wild though." Ava warned, watching as Madison and Changkyun were talking like there wasn't anyone else in the room. She rolled her eyes nonchalantly and looked around for a spare place to sit. Hyungwon got up and motioned at the spot next to Kihyun.
"I have to stretch my legs anyways. Please take my spot." Hyungwon says politely, a gleam of mischief in his eyes as Ava slowly sat down next to Kihyun and nodded in suspicious appreciation at Hyungwon. Jooheon turned on the TV and soon, everyone else was immersed in a random basketball game that was playing.
"You look really pretty tonight, I'm glad I decided to tag along with these crazies tonight. Changkyun kind of has a little thing for Madison, but he was worried about you before that." Kihyun admits, his genuine grin making Ava bite her lip to suppress her laugh.

"Anyone with eyes can tell he likes Madison more than just a little bit. I'm still trying to figure out how to get them together, they'd be a cute match. Contrary to popular belief, he is shy when it actually comes to asking someone out. Must run in the family huh?" Ava shrugs as Kihyun sighs.
"Yeah, it must. Maybe we can figure out a way to get them on a date, but he wouldn't do it alone. Would you care to maybe keep them company...oh, maybe tomorrow? I'm sure tonight is too busy." Kihyun proposed, his voice wavering a little bit. He saw Ava's eyes go wide, but she struggled to keep her cool.
"Let me see what I can do on my end with her and you work on Changkyun. It would be an amazing night, that's for sure." Ava replied, rubbing his shoulder sweetly as they both got their phones out and started to text their perspective double date buddies. Soon enough, everyone else was starting to head downstairs to Changkyun's SUV, the keys swinging around Shownu's fingers and there was only Changkyun, Kihyun, Madison, and Ava left at the girl's apartment doorway.
"So, would you two like to meet us for a coffee or something somewhere tomorrow? Kihyun says we don't need to have all the guys hanging around us." Changkyun's tries to say in an indifferent tone of voice, but Ava knew he was interested to hear Madison's answer. He looked at his sister quickly for a little help and Ava put on her game face and turned towards Madison.
"I don't think we are busy. What do you think Madison? It's been forever since I've seen my brother and it's about time Kihyun and I caught up." Ava tried to suggest nonchalantly and was relieved when Madison agreed and gently hugged both boys.
"I'd like that. How about we meet both of you boys at the place uptown with the amazing snack cakes?" Madison suggests as Changkyun's eyes light up.
"You mean those little fish pastries? I know exactly where you are talking about. Does 9 a.m. sound good??" Changkyun gazes over at Madison and the mood in the room started to get heavy.
"I gotta get ready for bed, but text me later Changkyun. You have my number from earlier." Madison chirps cheerily as she skipped off and Ava crossed her arms and gave a questioning look towards her brother. He sheepishly grinned and took off down the hallway, leaving just Kihyun and Ava.
"I better get going, he's my ride home. But thank you for working on your end with Madison. He was pretty skittish, but I convinced him to take a leap of faith. How did you get Madison to agree?” He asks curiously, watching as Ava turned a bright shade of red and giggled anxiously.
"Girl code secret...hehehe..catch you tomorrow Kihyun." Ava said quietly, breathing in the scent of his cologne and recognizing it as being Jo Malone, the dark amber and ginger lily lingering in her nostrils as she pulled away. The man always smelled good, but damn if she was too damn shy to tell him. He waved quickly as she shut the door and he shook his head in shame towards himself as he headed downstairs towards the waiting SUV.
"I wish I could just say what I felt towards her..." He muttered before reaching the door of the SUV and opening it to jump in the back before Shownu put it in drive and they took off.
