Kai's POV

I watched her, laughing with her friends.

Or when she was bent over her workbook, hard in thought.

I saw her fighting back tears when she couldn't understand a problem and her tiny cute little smile when she figured it out.

She was like a child, innocent and beautiful.

And now here I am, in this little situation.

"Kim Jongin! Why are you staring at me all the time like some stalker?!" asks Ariana, her tone a bit angry.

"I-I... Well, you sure think highly of yourself. I wasn't looking at you, I was looking at Stephanie, she's beautiful." I lie.

"Oh, okay then. Let's see how Stephanie reacts to that." Ariana spins and walks away.

I see her talking to Stephanie, both of them glaring at me, and I turn my head and try to pay attention.

Problem is, class hasn't started yet.

Luckily, then bell does eventually ring, and I lean forward and try to look like I care so Ariana doesn't pounce on me.

She looks like an angel but is as fierce as a coyote.

Hey, she's like a fox, with her red hair!

Of course, she's prettier then a fox.

I sigh and shake my head.

I've got to stop thinking about her.

What's wrong with me?

-----------------------------------------------------------

"Pleassssseeeeeee." I beg, folding my hands and trying to look cute.

D.O looks up and bursts out laughing.

"What's so funny hyung?" I ask.

"You. Go away."

"No! Make me food!"

"I'll make you food."

"Yay!"

"When it's time for dinner." D.O smirks and puts his headphones back in.

"Hey!" I say, angry at being tricked.

He ignores me and I sigh, running my hand through my hair and walking out of our room.

I enter Chanyeol, Chen, and Baekhyun's room.

'Chanyeol hyung, make me food!" I exclaim, jumping on his bed.

"What do you want?" he asks, putting down his phone and standing up.

"I don't know, food." I say.

"Me too!" Chen chimes in, raising his hand.

"Okay, okay. Do you guys want sandwiches or something? Let's go to the kitchen." Chanyeol guides us to the kitchen and Chen and I sit on the spinning bar stools happily.

"Okay. Make your own sandwiches." Chanyeol pulls out a bunch of bread, lettuce, cheese, ham, and mayonnaise and sets it on the counter in front of us.

I grab a slice of bread with a nod and spread mayonnaise on it.

I put all the other stuff in and top it with another slice of bread.

"Thanks, bye!" I say, waving as I grab a ziplock bag and a drink as I walk away with the sandwich.

"No problem!" Chanyeol waves.

I get back to my room and grab one of the lunch boxes lying around the floor.
