Ash's Pov:

"I know you probably hate me right now and I'm sorry, Ash."

"Hurry up and explain yourself before I cut it down to thirty seconds."

"Okay, I, um, that wasn't me last night."

"Then who was it?"

"That's not what I meant. I mean, I'm never like that when I drink. It's just I've known Ellie for a long time and we were friends, like really good friends at one point but when we started dating..our friendship seemed like it ended so abruptly and she was this different person all of a sudden. I'm not going to give her the benefit of the doubt and try to apologize for her. If anything, that's on her..and last night was unacceptable of her."

"What does this have to do with you explaining yourself?"

"I know that lately we both have had this..connection between us. And I love that we both can connect so well and I love that we have a bond and I actually really do like hanging around and talking to you. It's just I haven't had this feeling about someone in such a long time...I don't know how to think or even know what to say when I'm around you, Ash. I'm just scared that one day we become super close and..I hurt you in the end."

More like I'll hurt you..

Niall cupped my cheek as he started to lean in.

"Niall..we need to talk."

Suddenly his phone started ringing. He grabbed it out of his pocket and looked down at it. It was Liam. Niall ignored the call and set his phone down on the coffee table.

"What were you saying?"

"Nevermind, it's not important."

"Good."

Niall smirked at me as he quickly leaned in and started to kiss me.

As I lied down on top of Niall, naked, I could hear the door unlocking.

"Shit, hurry up and grab your clothes and follow me."

Niall and I, both quickly grabbed our clothes from the floor and ran to my room.

"Ashton! Are you home?"

"Yeah, just in my room!"

I quickly shoved Niall in my bathroom and closed the door.

"Be quiet."

I quickly wrapped a towel around me. Hannuh walked in.

"Where's- oh, were you about to take a shower?"

"Yeah I was, but what's up?"

"Where's Niall?"

"He left a little while ago."

"Did you guys finally make up?"

"Yeah." We did more than make up.

"Oh okay, good. I was wondering if you had any more of that thing I used the other day. What was it? The-"

"Oh, yeah I do, why?"

"I really liked it, can I borrow it again? I really need to buy my own."

"Sure thing."

Hannuh started walking towards the bathroom.

"Wait, it's not in there."

I quickly opened my side drawer next to my bed and reached for the coconut gel.

"Thanks."

"The bathroom smells anyways. I took a shit."

"Oh okay."

Hannuh gave me a weird look.

"You know, you're acting weird. What did Niall say or do?"

"Nothing..can you go now? I gotta take a shower."

"Okay."

Hannuh left the room and shut the door behind her. I sighed of relief and Niall opened the bathroom door.

"We did more than make up, Ash."
