Chapter 8 - The Oblivion

It was Monday morning and Y/N sleeping peacefully was disturbed by her alarm clock. Croaking she stretches her arms and tried to reach for it. Failing she fell off the bed and alarmed Akari who was downstairs making food. Akari hearing a thud ran upstairs to check on poor Y/N."Y/N?! Are you ok?" The sleepy and sluggish Y/N replied, "Yeahhhh I'm fineeee".

Akari chuckling helped Y/N up and brought her downstairs. Y/N finally waking up, rubbed her eyes and ahead of her was a plate full of eggs, bacon and waffles. Cheering with glee she grabbed her fork and quickly stuffed it all in her mouth. "Wait, did you make this?" Akari looked at her with a look of confusion. "Yes, why?". "Because, it's delicious! I didn't know you were such a good cook!"

Seeing Y/N happy with his cooking he looked at the time. "Oh! We're gonna be late for school. Hurry up and get ready Y/N." Y/N jumping up out of her seat quickly went upstairs to get ready for school. Brushing her beautiful h/c, making sure she didn't look rough.

She ran downstairs and caught up with Akari; they both walked to school before they were late.

Sitting in class Y/N, Emi and Ayumu were laughing up a storm.

Ever since they've all met Y/N, Emily, Ayumu and Akari have been as close as ever. Teachers would sometimes separate them for not paying attention. Students would give them odd looks for how loud they were being.

"Mr. Ayumu, can you please quiet down? I'm trying to teach a lesson". Trying to hold back a laugh he replied, "Yes sir, sorry sir."

A few minutes after the teacher called on him they all went back to whispering.

"Y/N?" Said Emily. "Yeah emi?". "I have a question?". Hesitating Emi asked, "What's the deal with you and Akari?

People have been saying things like, you two dating or something like that." Y/N and Ayumu sitting there in shock and confusion.

Ayumu replied, "They're just close, and maybe becoming even closer. I can't say much about Akari mainly because he'll kill me but I'm sure Y/N feels similar to how Akari feels."

"Yeah, he's right. We're just becoming closer as time goes on. I don't really know what title I would give us at the moment." Said Y/N.

Emi nodded and they all continued with their studies. As they were continuing there studies and time went on fairly fast. The bell rang, students were leaving the classroom and packing up. Y/N and the others all met up for lunch.

When Ayumu and Akari left to go to their lockers and Emily went to the restroom. Y/N was left alone; deciding to go to the rooftop and wait there she met her fate.

"Look here. Little miss Y/N alone again." Said a female voice from behind. Y/N turning around was soon met with a punch in the gut.

Falling to the floor quickly she struggled to get back up. The girls kicked, punched and laughed as they were beating up Y/N. "Excuse me..." said a female voice from behind. "U...uhm, you guys shouldn't be doing this. That's my friend, can you please stop?" Y/N looking up from the ground saw her best friend Emily.

"Wait.. Emily what are you doing? I can handle this." Emily looking down at Y/N, "Obviously you can't."

"What are you doing here you 3rd grader, are you lost?" Said one of the girls. "No, I am not lost. Actually, I was making my way to my friend who you are beating up."
