Sasuke decided to leave her behind. Orochimaru mentioned that He had something to show her, something that will help her. Uzume wasn't so sure she could trust him -Orochimaru shouldn't be trusted.
"We should hurry. I want to make this quick." He hissed at her. Uzume glared daggers at the back of his head, and she followed him. The only person she actually trust left her to fight Madara.
Orochimaru lured her deep into Nara temple. The meeting house of the Uchiha - the place where she found out the truth of the Mangekyo Sharingan. This was also the place where her father's body once was. Bitter hatred boiled inside of her,she scanned deeper into the room and froze. Her glare snapping at Orochimaru, and He returned hers with a sinister teasing look of his own.
"Why are we here?! " she snapped.
Orochimaru crossed his hands and looked on to the centre of the temple. A man was kneeled to the ground - a scroll was in front of his knees.
"You will see,My goddess. The ceremony is about to wrap up in due time." He hissed.
Uzume growled in irritation. That snake enjoyed teasing her, not so much as she wanted to rip his head from his body. She wanted to watch him squirm.
Smoke and yellow aura rose from the man's direction. Making Uzume turn her head, and watch. The man was groaning. His hand on his chest, and his body now on his side. He was hurting. Pained. Dying.
" This is..." She began, but before she could finish, she had felt Orochimaru touch her shoulders. Whispering into her ear from behind.
"I wanted you to finally meet the person who gave you those pretty deadly eyes. Now that you have grown over the years." Orochimaru pulled back her hair and his voice tickled her ear. None too pleasant. "You must want to know what made her fall in love with that mean monster whom is your father. "
Most likely the same reason I loved Itachi.
Because He saved her. Loved her entirely. Her heart beats four times it's pace for the people she loved.
Her mother was one of them- Perhaps the only female that was in his heart.
Uzume cleared her throat and watched the smoke clear. Her eyes widen.
Soft pale skin.Dark vibrant Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan eyes. Long flowing hair that passed her fore arm. She held the posture of a warrior, Which reminded her of Madara also. He had taken away her fear, and replaced it with strength. Pure and strength.
Uzume saw herself in those eyes. Her heart was beating like thunder. Her soul crackling like lightning. A small tear ran down her eyes as the woman stared into her eyes. This had to be a trick, a silly twisted game.
"Uzu-hime... "
This was no trick, this was real. This was all too real.
"Mama...? "
He sat on the edge of a cliff watching Obito. His hands resting under his chin, and his rinnegan eyes were bored. The swift gust of the wind blew his hair - it made him think of Uzume. He would imagine himself coming home to her. A beautiful girl with eyes like his, during days of peace,He would sit and let her play with his hair. Combing through it and placing flowers in it. He would close his eyes and listen to her innocent humming. If only Izuma would hear her. See her. In a way,Uzume reminded him of his younger brother. Her expressions whenever she would get upset. He would assume her smiles were like his also. She was witty and brave - like her father. She wasn't afraid of power.
Uzume was all he visioned in a single child. She was like her father is so many ways - it tickled him. Yet when he saw her anger. He knew she was different, sure she had his wraith. But it was different. Every Uchiha had anger that would lash out of control - but Omi. Madara never understood why she never lost herself in the hands out hatred and darkness. She never had to deal with that curse. An odd one of the clan.
