You can't say that about Isabella . She didn't have anything  through her 22 years . When she was born her parents left her in front of an orphanage she was a mistake after all. Her life in the orphanage wasn't that pleasant either the owner was very strict but she loves the kids there she was like there big sister. she worked very hard to attend school and then the nursing course . It has been a year since she left the orphanage and started working in the city hospital. So through out her whole life she wasn't shown any sort of kindness . You think after all this she would be a cruel hateful girl who blame the world about her  misery but you are very wrong .she is pure , innocent and very kind .she doesn't blame the world for anything she believes that everyone has his share of happiness but her time didn't come yet .
Someday the old billionaire Patrick Robinson the owner of a large chains of companies came to her hospital for a check up and it was her shift . It was the first time he saw her and she took his attention. He observed how she handles the patient who refused to take his medicine and he was impressed by her .she didn't lose her patience with him but she treated him as she was convincing a child to eat vegetables at lunch instead of sweet . He liked her and asked about her and what he heard made him sure about his plan. He went to her and offered her a job. He really wants her to take care of his grandson.he is stubborn and refuses the treatment. Everytime he just humiliate and fire every single nurse but after hearing about how kind and nice this girl is ,he thought maybe she can handle his stubborn grandson.
He came to know that her name is Isabella and she lives alone .
"Look my dear I want you to take care of my grandson you have to give him his medicine accompany him through his day to make sure he eat his food, you will live in his mansion,you will have your own room everything you need just ask and you will have it "
She hesitated why would a billionaire such as Patrick Robinson ask her to work as a full-time nurse for his son, he could ask for the most famous and experience nurses why her
"But sir why me I don't have much experience "
"I Know , you heard about my son didn't you?"
"Yes,sir"
"So you know his attitude with the nurses who tried to work for him"
"Sorry sir why would you think I would accept your offer when
I Know about his behavior"
"Because of the way you handled this patient, look miss Isabella my grandson is suffering alot and he refuses his treatment and I think you will be able to convince him"
"But what if I failed,sir"
"There's nothing to lose miss Isabella your salary is big enough, if you couldn't handle him anymore you can return here like nothing has happened. But miss Isabella you have to be patient with him he will try very hard to push you away "
"Okay sir ,I think I will accept your offer but I have a condition"
And by that a new chapter of her life start.her condition was simple that she is allowed to make orders to the people working in the mansion if she is going to treat the ruthless billionaire he should know who is in charge. But before the day she Was supposed to go to the mansion and start her job, she was kidnapped. Her kidnapper threatened her if she doesn't obey him he would kill all the kids in the orphanage where she spent her whole life . Of course at first she didn't believe him and refused to obey which was a big mistake because within seconds from her refusal a kid was brought in the room and was killed in front of her .
"Now you know to not refuse our orders because next time it won't be just one kid do you understand" she was frightened how could he kill a small kid he is a monster but she have to obey if she wants to save the other kids .
"What do you want from me?"
She said between sobbing
"You are working as a nurse for Ethan Robinson right?"
How did he know that she didn't tell anyone and the old man wanted it to be a secret so how would anyone know about her new job .
"You are wrong who told you that?" She lied but couldn't complete her acting he just slapped her hard
"Play tricks on me again and I swear nither you nor these kids will see the day light am I clear ?"
By now she was crying hard what can she do now .no one is going to help her or those kids she tried to lie but obviously he knows everything so she will stop acting."what do you want me to do?" She mastered her courage and asked.
"It's simple you have to give him this medicine every day without any one seeing you " huh a medicine something is wrong here "what does this medicine do?" She asked hoping for an answer but she regretted after what she heard"it will weaken his heart Killing him slowly"
"What are you insane I will Neve kill anyone do you understand find someone else for your dirty work " she shouted at him .why would he ask her to do that why didn't he ask the other nurses Wait a second did the other nurses gave him this medicine too oh god what did she put herself into !.yes it was easy for the kidnapper to ask a professional killer to kill him after all he is hes stepson and he wants all his money for himself but he doesn't want it to sound like a murder and when this girl came in the picture it was the perfect opportunity. She doesn't have anyone so if she disappeared no one will look for her . She will give him the medicine the he kill her but the difficult part was how to convince her which his father in low give him the perfect plan without him even knowing, he told him she was an orphan and she loves the kids in this orphanage so he have to sacrifice a little to convince her and by that his plan will be complete within few months.
All Isabella was thinking about how could she save both the kids and the billionaire. She knows her kidnapper was his step dad and he wasn't afraid to hide his identity from her why? She could tell the police right? .but then where is the evidence how could they believe her she is no body and he is a billionaire and a very respectful man in the society she can't put the kids in danger she have to work on her own by that her journey with the ruthless billionaire start .
