Chapter 2: The Return of Magic

"Mom! Your cheek marks are back!"

"Yes, I know sweetie. But this is far worse you see."

"What do you mean, mom?"

"You have to come down, quickly."

I changed into my light blue dress then ran downstairs. I can already sense the chaos that is happening downstairs. Right before my eyes, everyone is obsessed with magic. Monsters, Mewmans, and Humans.

"But... How is this possible?"

"I don't know sweetie, but I'm guessing it's the side effect of the whispering spell. But I don't know what happened to the sanctuary." Mom said.

"The sanctuary..."

I gazed at the window for a brief second, then turned to mom." I'm going to the sanctuary, mom."

"But Star--"

Then, I ran off...

15 minutes later..

I breathlessly walked over to the sanctuary, like last time.. It was broken. I rode at one of the guardians to the sanctuary then jumped off into a broken piece that used to be the wall of the sanctuary. I hopped and hopped at the similar pieces then reached the bottom of the well. I cautiously climbed the mini hill of broken parts before reaching the well. I gazed at the well for a second then I noticed a tint of gold in the black water.

"Huh, that's weird."

Then, the ground started to shake, I panic then remembered there's magic. I raised my hand then felt the warm energy into my palms, next thing I knew I was in a glowing ball.

"Geez, what happened."

I looked at the well, the gold water exploded from the well then it continue to overflow the sanctuary.

"The realm of magic... It's really back.. Oh boy.."

I stared at the gold water around me then came up with a big realization..

"Mina might come back.."
