Chapter Thirty-Two

The same night everything seemed to be figured out, we slept together. Not together, together, just in the same bed. Cuddled up to each other. Enjoying each others company. It was all perfect at this moment that I felt as if one single movement will ruin the calmness I finally feel now. We moved passed everything, it was weird to act like nothing happened but in fact nothing happened.

Luca had explained to me everything that happened from what I couldn't remember. Explained to me why he did what he did and that he never meant to hurt me. He told me that if it meant him never having sex again.. He wouldn't mind. I'm putting that to the test. Even though I am craving for that affection. His touch all over my body, but this was a test I hoped he past.

Luca traced his hands down my back and back up. "I love you." a smile broke out onto my face as I tried to resist to just give in.

"I love you." Luca leaned down, hinting that he wanted to kiss. I leaned in too, pressing my lips to him. We both moaned at the touch. We kissed passionately until we were both breathless. Everything was perfect. I didn't want for it to end.

"Everything that happened, can we forget about it?" Luca begged. "I don't want anything between us anymore. Everything is so perfect, I love you so much and you are the love of my life. I want to start fresh."

Now it's been four months since everything had happened. Luca and I got a place of our own and I was happy to be able to have responsibilities since everything was always handed to me. Except this big secret. But now that part of my life is finished, done. We had both decided it was best to move on, it was a dark chapter on our part. We moved on from that.

Jamie, well Jamie finally doesn't make any moves on me and found someone else to love. Someone like his own mate. He was too impatient to wait for someone to love he told me. They immediately began obsessing over each other. Always together, every single second of the 24 hour day. I knew Jamie was in good hands. I was happy for him.

My dad and mom were more than happy for me. Telling me time and time again to tell them if Luca even lifts a hand at me. They would be there in no time. Both telling me that they love me and they only ever wanted my happiness. I had their blessing.

Luca and I were on the best terms, better than ever. Him and I were planning our future together. I loved every second of it as we stayed up all night just staring up at the ceiling, holding hands and talking as if tomorrow was our future. Or as if tomorrow we would die. But we promised ourselves to search for each other even in afterlife. We were perfect together.

As for my wolf, it was now easier to control him. He had explained to me that he was angry for being contained but he noticed that it was not on purpose. He forgave and vice versa. I could shift whenever I wanted to and have an actual mind of my own. My wolf and I, perfect together as well. We were one whole.

"I love you." Luca tells me this every since day.

"I love you too." I replied. "It was all worth it. The pain, secrets, lies, it was all worth it cause now we get to spend our lives like this everyday."
