Chapter 3

We finally got home around 8 and I was super tired but I couldn't sleep because my mind was was still on what happened at the races. Why can't I get him out of my head! All I could think about was how cute he looked when he was talking to me.

"Shut up Everly he's a jerk!" I kept yelling to myself. I'll get over it I know I will. I'm determined to not let him get to me. My door opened about that time and my mom, Renice, stepped in.

"Honey who are you talking to?" She had that look like I was a mental patient.

"No one mom. Is dinner about ready?"

"Yea I was coming up to get you. Oh by the way Amaya called."

"What did she want?" The chick could of called me not my mom geez.

"She told me to tell you to answer your phone when she calls." I reached over and grabbed my phone and sure enough I had five missed calls from her.

"Oh okay. I'll call her after supper. "

"Okay sweetheart. Your dad will be in tomorrow and he wants to have dinner with his boss's family here tomorrow night." I forgot dad was coming in tomorrow. He works in a business I'm not familiar with, which I don't care about it really, but all I know is it's a big company and he has to travel.

"Okay thanks mom." She walked out so I put my phone on charger and walked down the stairs. My little brother, Austin, was already sitting at the table. I walked by him and ruffled his hair.

"Everwy quit!" He's only three so he still had a hard time talking. I just laughed and sat down.

After supper, I went up to my room and called Amaya. After about three rings she picked up.

"Why haven't you answered your phone? Are you ignoring me?" She was bombing me with questions.

"I just haven't been on my phone and no im not ignoring you." This girl, I swear.

"Good I have something I've been meaning to tell you all day but you wouldn't pick up."

"Okay what is it?"

"Treyvyn, he..."

"Treyvyn what?" She actually had me curious.

"Treyvyn told me to tell you..."

Sorry I have been really busy lately and not able to update but I'm gonna try to update more! Also sorry for the cliffhanger! Hope you enjoyed this chapter! I know it wasn't that interesting and I'm sorry for that.Oh and at the top is Treyvyn! But thanks for reading!
