Chapter eleven: Party

"Ashton, please tell Luke to call me back, thanks." I cry into the phone ending the voicemail.

It was already September and I was going to end up meeting Luke in a week.

Of course we ended up not keeping in touch after that one stupid phone call.

I remembered how Luke always sang to me and how much I admired him.

He was such a hero to me and I couldn't wait to see how he looks like now.

His hair in a quiff and his lip ring.. things I've never imagined how Luke would look like.

My phone rang 2 hours later causing my heartbeat to thump loudly.

"Your phone is ringing, Carmen. Pick it up you idiot.. you're just staring at it." Allison yelled pissed off.

"Calm the fukc down, Allison." I yelled back picking up the phone.

"Hello..?" I whisper softly sweating.

"Carmen.." A voice picked up.

It was Luke's voice.

"LUKE I MISS YOU, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" I cried literally.

I wiped my tears snuffling up my nose.

"Carmen, how are you?" Luke asked with his voice vibrating.

I could tell in his tone he wanted to cry too.

"LUKE YOU FREAKIN MADE IT AND IM SO HAPPY YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND AND"

"Carmen, I can't believe we're meeting in a week. It's been a while." Luke acts so calm.

"Right. I miss you." I speak quietly feeling like Luke didn't even care.

I hang up quickly ending up with sad tears strolling down my face.

Today is September 21.

Today is when I finally meet Luke.

I was not excited at all. Luke didn't even seem to care and it hurt so bad.

I felt like I was nothing to him.. like I didn't help him believe he could this.

I dressed in shorts ending few inches under my butt with a tight black shirt.

I was going to dress in skinny jeans with a hoodie, but Ashton had called me last night to come to the party they were going to have after their show. So I decided to dress a litttle more party-like.

I pulled the front strands of my hair behind my head and curled my hair evenly.

I hoped Luke will think I'm pretty and give me another chance to say hi.

I entered the big party room knowing no one. Everyone didn't seem to care I was the new girl here.

They were all drunk anyway, so they didn't really even notice in the first place.

All the girls were dressed just like me and all the boys wore something familiar.

I wandered trying to find one of the boys. I hope they weren't drunk.

"Boo babydoll." I heard behind my back.

My eyes buldged out making me turn around quickly. 

Calum.

"Aw calum. How have you been?" I smile taking his arms off of my body.

" Well I can tell you I'm not dRuNk.. for sure. You look so hot tonight." Calum said while wobbling. He had a dry voice obviously telling me that he was drunk af.

"Where is Luke? I really need to talk to him." I asked really really hoping Luke wouldn't be drunk. Because then he wouldn't remember anything and would be flirting with me because he's drunk, like Calum right now.

"I don't know, but there's like.. like a room over there. We can go there and you know have fun alone. Yea?" Calum laughed slowly. 

"Calum you're so drunk. You don't even know It's me.. Carmen. Take a break, I'll go find Luke." I patted his shoulder then running away.

Luke Luke Luke Luke Luke Luke. WHERE THE FUKC ARE YOU.

I try to find my paths through the loud music finally bumping into someone familiar.

But it wasn't Luke, It was Ashton.

"OH MY GOD, DADDY IRWIN-- I MEAN ASHTON. I MISSED YOU." I gasp hugging him instantly.

Ashton did one of his amazing laugh making me want to cuddle him. "Carmen!! How you doin'?" He smiled hugging back.

"err, lifes okay. I really missed you guys though.. can't believe you've got this far. Proud of you guys.. really." I smiled. 

I was glad Ashton wasn't drunk so I could ask him my question, and he would take it seriously.

"Where is Luke? Do you know??"I lgiggled trying not to make it obviouis I was DYING to meet him.\

"Oh. Luke.. of course. He's.. there! In the corner." Ashton pointed while adjusting his bandana with his other hand.

"Thanks." I shrugged smiling wide.

And I step over to FINALLY MEET LUKE.
