You Just Want My Brother (Deku x Reader)

As I laid in my hospital bed, I felt the vines get tighter around my lungs. It hurt. It hurt so much. I couldn't wait for it to just... End...

"Katsuki?.." I mumbled, turning my head slightly to look at my twin.

He looked back at me with an uncharacteristicly fearful expression on his face.

"What's wrong, (Nick Name)?" He asked, grabbing my hand.

"It h-hurts... Wh-when will it stop?" I asked, feeling tears well up in my eyes.

"The surgery will start soon, ok? Please tell me who did this to you... Please..." He begged me, tears starting to stream down his face.

Struggling to catch a breath, I decide to tell him.

"Promise not to get mad at him?" You asked. My brother nodded. "It's Deku. I don't want you to kill him, because..." I tried to continue, but the vines tightened around my heart and lungs, making me cough.

"(Name)!?" Katsuki yelled, jumping up to hold my hair out of my face as I threw up blood and leaned over the side of my bed.

"I-I-I'm f-fine..." You breathed, moving to lay down again. "Sorry... As I was saying, Deku loves you. Not me." You explained, looking at your brother's shocked face.

"I SWEAR I'LL KI--"

"Don't get mad at him. Don't hurt him, yell at him, or blame him for any of this." You cut him off, making your twin look down at him. "It's my fault for wanting what I can't have. I let it go this far, so I brought this upon myself."

Just as the words slipped from my mouth, tears fell from my eyes and I heard the heart monitor beeps speed up. No, no, no, no! I can't die yet! I thought, looking to my brother who had jumped up and was in the middle of the hall, yelling for a doctor.

I felt myself slipping. My vision blurred as a few black patches appeared at the edges of it. Sounds became muffled and blended as I saw my brother trying to keep a green haired boy out of the room.

"D-Deku?.." I wheezed, barely holding onto consciousness.

He didn't hear me...

   I finally fell asleep...

      I never woke up again...

Bakugou's P.O.V

Deku finally baged into (Name)'s room, just as the monitor flat lined.

She's gone...

My eyes widened as I stared down at my sister, shocked and upset. I just... Didn't really believe it...

Suddenly, the reality sank in and I shoved Deku.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!" I yelled at him.

"Wh-what!? How is it my fault!?"

"DON'T PLAY DUMB!" I screamed at him, tears streaming down my face. "SHE FUCKING LOVED YOU AND ALL YOU DID WAS LOOK THE OTHER WAY!! WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU FALL FOR ME WHEN SHE WAS RIGHT THERE!!" I yelled, livid.

"What do you mean!?" He yelled back at me, blushing slightly. I didn't care at this point how he felt about me.

"SHE HAD HANAHAKI BECAUSE OF YOU!" I yelled, finally collapsing to the ground.

"She died because you didn't care..."
